Can this be used on cardstock paper?

Yes! It looks great. It looks better than using the regular vinyl because it just looks more permanent and not like a sticker. It almost looks like the paper was hot foil stamped or embossed.

Can this iron on vinyl be used with fleece?

I have not tried it with Fleece as of yet. However I have tried it on many other types of materials and have never had an issue.

Initial description says "6-sheets", price says "3-sheets". Do you get 6 or 3 w/Rainbow selection?

You will get 6 sheets, the 6 colors shown in the picture. I am sorry about that confusion!
