Great product been using for a month now and definitely know my inflammation has gone down. I like this brand it’s economical and effective. I do use more than the one the bottle has listed but it’s still a great product and price . Easy to remember also due to taking it with food . I’m also confident it’s a great product because it’s organic. I’m switching to this brand on all my supplements because they work . This being the second product from them that’s organic and effective. Thank you Zazzeee I worked in a supplement shop for years so supplements have been in my life a long time .

My liver enzyme levels were elevated and I started taking this supplement about a year ago. My liver enzymes decreased by 50% despite no change in "consumption". There are countless supplements out there, some of which make dubious claims. Milk Thistle has crossed a threshold into proven medical benefit. This is an excerpt from an article on PubMed: "This systematic review reveals a compelling trend in the impact of silymarin supplements on liver enzyme levels.". It's a very long article, however, the researchers found a dose-dependent reduction in liver enzymes with higher dosages of milk thistle (silymarin) yielding the best results. Zazzee Milk Thistle has the highest silymarin content I could find. Definitely recommend this product.

This is my favorite milk thistle supplement. It's very effective. I've tried others and keep coming back to this one

Quality ingredients. Pill size makes it easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Not sure of the effectiveness. Use as part of my efforts to support liver function.

This supplement works for various liver issues. I had an inflamed fatty liver, but after taking a bottle I went back for a metabolic liver test and it was found that my liver is back to normal. I have about 4 bottles of milk thistle but I was fine after the first bottle.
