I have worn Cherokee scrubs for years - medium top, large pants. I chose this model because of the pocket style but it took me three tries to get the sizing right. They are huge!!! I could have fit three of me in the large size pants! I finally ended up with size Small - the waist is a little tight but the rear and legs fit me perfectly. I haven't worn a small anything in 40 years!!!

This was the first time I needed to get scrubs but no store in town carried a men's small so I had t risk it and try ordering over the internet. Researching through Amazon I came across these so I figured I would give it a try. Pros: -very roomy and easy to move in and not to high in the crotch area that you feel constricted -not tight at the waist, which is adjustable with a pull string, so it is not digging into your sides. -I read one review with someone saying it was difficult to untie the pull string, ignore that. There are ways to tie it that are easily undone, just don't tie it like you would a shoe -may seem long when first tried on but once you put on shoes they give you enough room so that when you sit down, squat or cross your legs they aren't riding high up on you. Cons: -have had them for almost a week and haven't found any. Although this does mean I can't confirm their durability in the long run but so far they have held up and I am confident they will for a while.

After reading several reviews I decided to order a small size despite i typically wear medium. These fit perfectly and I'm very happy with the purchase. My advice is just order a size smaller than you would typically wear. For the price, I dont think you can beat these scrub pants which have several more pockets than some of the more expensive scrub pants that I've bought in the past.

Very very comfortable! I'm usually a medium but small is just perfect and still plenty of room. Feel good factor i guess ;)

El pantalón queda justo a la medida, soy talla 28 y la talla S me quedo perfecta, está fresca la tela a comparacion de otros uniformes quirúrgicos que he usado; no es la mejor calidad pero es buena para el precio y su durabilidad. En cuanto al color me esperaba que fuera un rojo vino y la verdad parecia un estilo ciruela.

I am 167cm and 70kg male. My thighs are on the chunky side but small fits great with no obstructions to my mobility. It is a bit on the long side so I have to roll the ankles up once but is an easy fix.
