The Original Baking Can - Cylindrical Vertical Baking Pan

Fantasitic baking can! Marcy, the owner, is friendly and helpful. I have been a life-long amateur baker, and love to give mother's "Batter Bread" at the holidays. Unfortunately food makers converted from smooth to rib-sided cans years ago, and my stash smooth sided 32 oz tomato cans had become unusable any longer. The "Original Baking Can" is the answer! Finely machined stainless steel, perfect weight, thickness and dimensions for baking. Spray the inside with cooking spray, and there is no sticking. The website recommends increasing the usual baking temperature by 25 degrees because of the thicker SS construction. I cooked 6 cans at the usual 350, and 6 cans at the recommended 375. The increased temperature is not absolutely necesary, but it does produce a nicer crust. Check out my these photos to see what I will be handing out at our NYE party tonight!

I love my new round vertical baking pan. I have used it to bake several loaves already and plan to bake holiday gifts. The quality of the stainless steel is wonderful. The can is dishwasher safe. The bread slides easily out of the can. The website is informative and has several good recipes. I am very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with this product! It is much safer to use (stainless steel & no chemicals) and makes the perfect sized loaf. I sprayed each can with canola oil release, and each loaf slides right out. I will be using these on a regular basis at home and in my little bakery! Well worth it because these will last a very long time, if not forever.

Strong can, well made. It is a bit pricey considering its size. It got good baking reviews which is why I purchased it. I use it mostly to make my English muffin bread and this pan is perfect. Heavy duty & nothing sticks. This is a pan that you can pass down to to family members, (if you want to part with it). 😉

Baked perfect round loaves

This is my second purchase. I purchased one to see if it was better than a traditional can, or a glass jar. The bread turned out so much better in this container! Great quality and a must have for a serious baker - or even an occasional baker who wants to make bread people will love!!

Good quality construction. However I should have checked the size of the can. Not large at all.

While these pans are a little pricey, they are USA-made & stainless steel. They perfectly baked my grandmother's Boston brown bread recipe! Definitely glad I got these.

Expensive item, I paid $240.00 for 4 cans plus shipping. I could have used 6 but a bit much. Upon receiving this item, it is very good quality, and heavy duty. I haven’t baked bread yet, but will follow up when I do.
