The cables seem to be of a good quality. Pop the holes in the box and you can feed the cable through! Makes it look neat... and easy to get what you need!

Its an alright little kit if your ever in the neighbourhood for a lil prototyping. Box comes with some pre-punched holes in so you can feed the wire through and it keeps it all looking neat.

For the money it is fine. I use the solid core 24awg for guitar pedals and it is a great thickness and strength to twist together easily for neat and tidy wiring. A few reviews have reported finding defects. But iv bought this kit 3 times (the faster amazon postage is the only reason I come back) and iv not had a problem. The thicker 20awg iv tried but its to thick to neatly twist and bend into a tidy looking layout. For wiring a guitar or pedals. Stick with 24awg and it will be fine. The overall resistance is in spec and the box coming with small hole cut outs is really convenient.

This wire pack has a slightly lower capacity than quoted. When measured with my callipers, which I know to be accurate, all wires recorded a diameter of 0.48, bordering on 0.47 of a millimetre. To qualify as genuine 24 a.w.g., wires must have a minimum diameter of 0.51 mm. Any less and the current carrying capacity is reduced, which may or may not be important to you, but it’s borderline for me. I’ve not returned the item as I can use it for slightly less demanding jobs, but I would be wary of buying from this seller again.

i know the reel sizes are in the description, but i looked at the photo's and my mind made me think i was buying the usual sized reels of automotive wiring i usually buy singularly. The reels are about the dimeter of a deodorant can, and i ran out of wire pretty soon after buying this, but i guess for the price it's not that bad.

It's barely flexible, it snaps all the time. Not recommended

I’m on my second box of this. It solders easily, fits into breadboard okay and has a usable range of colours. I also like the little box that dispenses the wire as I need it.

Il filo è rigido e lo spessore è adeguato per essere utilizzato con basette millefori, non si spezza facilmente. La resistenza al calore del saldatore è adeguata, non ottima come per quelli rivestiti in silicone ma la guaina non si ritira facilmente o quando lo fa si ritira di poco. Il prezzo non è proprio basso però la qualità è ottima

Resistente al caldo, economico, guaina molto protettiva. Monofilare, rigido ma nom fragile si piega e guida con facilità. Lo consiglio.

Acquistati per progetti scolastici non mi hanno deluso, la versione 24AWG a filo solido si presta molto bene per saldature su schede millefori o per essere utilizzata su bredboard. Della stessa serie penso prendero anche i 22AWG (un po' più grandi). Nota: questi cavi hanno rivestimento in pvc quindi con il saldatore bisogna essere veloci altrimenti la guaina inizia a risentirne; in alternativa e più morbili anche sono quelli con rivestimento in silicone.
