I received this product through the Vine program, and this review reflects my honest and unbiased experience after taking it daily for two weeks. They work pretty well. I don't know how m7ch weight has been lost but I am noticing cycles of hardness around my mid section followed by softening. Most of the way through a box and my pants are looser, moving around doesn't require as much energy and my sleep has been better. I also noticed my mood has been better and my tolerance for things that annoy me has increased.

Works pretty good, but can cause heartburn. Definitely take with food as it may make your stomach upset

The product works as described. The energy from it is great with no crash or setback. I can get everything I need from one vitamin versus buying and taking multiple.

I started taking this in January 2023 and had two boxes of them and used them until I was out and I noticed a difference in my energy level. To see if it was the pills, I decided to stop them for a few months and see what would happen. Well, my energy level did go down and I found it harder to go to the gym at 5am. So I started back up and within the first box was back to my old energy levels. I also started cutting which was nice. I once again cycled off just to double test my theory and I am now ready to get back on these again. I would suggest a cycling of these pills as well so you do not build up a tolerance but there is a minimum time frame you need to take them to really see the effects

First thing you need to know, this product cannot be returned if you have a bad reaction to it. Second thing, a bad reaction is stomach cramping and diarrhea. I am stuck with 59 tablets of pain and suffering.

I think this is a solid supplement for those trying to lose weight. It definitely gave me an energy boost but it also seemed to increase my daily expenditure of ketones on my meter (sign that i was using fat for energy). To avoid stomach distress you might take with a bit of food, but honestly i just fasted through it most days for max results :-D. Will be buying again.
