As a guy I normally buy the cheapest shampoo in the store but I decided to try this out and love it! Got a pump to go with it and it should last for a long time! Lathers well and smells good too!

This smells amazing and cleans very well. The scent reminds me of the kind of shampoo or soap you would expect to find at a luxurious beach resort—fresh, clean, and upscale without being overwhelming. The consistency is a little thinner than I personally prefer, but it still lathers and cleans effectively, so that has not been a major issue for me. I also had an excellent experience with the customer service. My first order was delivered to the wrong address, and the way the issue was handled was exceptional. Between the scent, cleaning performance, and great customer service, I would definitely purchase again.

UPDATE 12/27/25-I HAVE TO SAY THAT MY HAIR LOVES THIS EVEN THOUGH IT HAS SOME UNNATURAL INGREDIENTS. I MAY ACTUALLY CONTINUE TO PURCHASE, BUT I AM SO SCARED OF HAIR LOSS WITH ANY NEW SHAMPOO. FINGERS CROSSED. WILL TRY TO UPDATE AGAIN. I have only tried one time. Seems to be very moisturizing, but I wasn't a fan of the smell. It smells nice, but there must be a particular ingredient that I smell that is a turn off to me and smell like petroleum or something. It does contain phenoxyethanol, which may be it. It is also not a "clean" ingredient, which is why I only gave 3 stars. I most likely won't repurchase because of that ingredient, sadly.

I love and think it smells like a spa

I choose it since it is vegan and cruelty free. But when my wife gave it a try, she was surprised from how good it is. This shampoo eliminates all her dandruff and itchy feeling she experienced with the expensive premium shampoo she tried. The cheap price was not a consideration at all when we selected it. But it is a nice bonus to an excellent product that we would choose even if it was very expensive.
