Where do I start. I've purchased 2 pairs of these headphones since Nov 2019. They both only lasted about 2-3 months as the cable housing came undone. My 6 year old uses these headphones and she's doesn't misuse them. After looking to purchase a different brand of headphones, I decided to reach out to Simolio support, [email protected]. I explained that we liked the headphones but they seem to fall apart in a very short period of time. Without any hesitation, Simolio ordered 2 sets of headphones to be sent as a replacement, free of charge. This action is the true definition of Excellent Customer Service. I will continue to purchase the Similio brand headphones and chalk up the issue with the last 2 pairs as a manufacturing defect. It has been 2 weeks now and there doesn't appear to be any issues with the replacement headphones. Kudos to Simolio and the spectacular customer service they have provided.

I purchased 2 sets for my 5 year old and 7 year old girls. I was so happy with the quality of these headphones when I received them I knew this would be the last pair I would purchase for a while. The pink and blue color combinations is very pleasing to the eyes, the softness of the headset with the ability to expand is great, but the flexibility to fold made it more appealing. I tried them on and the sound quality is great and they are easy on the ears no squeezing. I love the little pouch that comes with the headphones, you can fold them and put them away without fear of damage, this was another plus since my girls take them to school everyday in there book bags. The headphones were so great that my 7 year old's teacher asked to borrow them for one of her zoom meetings.

My daughter loves it! It does have the pouch to keep it safe and clean also it’s folded nice. So it fit in kids’ backpack. The quality is good. Have good volume control and the cord length is just perfect. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

The design of these headphones leads to damage, which leads to them becoming non functional. The cord is at the bottom of one ear cuff, and when folded, bends. Over time, the cord frays and sound stops working. These worked well for us for three years, and I loved the volume control, but I wouldn’t purchase again because of the design. I am not one for planned obsolescence and filling up the landfills of the world.

I bought this for my granddaughter for kindergarten. She loves it and so do I. It is a really great product worth the cost. I love how it bends and doesn't break, very necessary for a child her age. Volume and sound are great and regulated, so she doesn't hurt her eardrums. Also, great that a other person can connect to listen on at same time. The ear pads are perfect fitting her small ears.

I bought this for my daughter who used it for daily zoom classes. Good pair of headphones. Alas after 4 months one side stopped working. I contacted the company and promptly was sent a replacement with no issues. Very happy with the customer service.
