It’s a good pen to write with, the pen itself feels great holding it and is beautiful. It’s a fine point for me that is just right and I enjoy using it.

I paired the Awesome Monogrammed Pen with a leather bound Journal on the same color. He was extremely happy with both, but Especially proud to use his this pen, because it truly is impressive in appearance, it feels and writes well and has refills also. This is a Great Find !!!

I got the walnut finish, and it is true to the photos for color. The wood was sanded very smooth, and the overall fit and finish bellies a pen at this price point. It feels good in the hand, and the ink is a good quality, and flows very smooth. I only subtracted a star because there is no other color ink, so black ink it is. And the ball is probably a 0.5mm point, which is finer than my personal choice. However, after eyeballing the cartridge at a local office supply store, took a chance and bought a Pilot V7 RT in 0.7mm blue ink, and it fits perfectly. (For only $3/2 refills, too.) My suggestion: pick the style you like, and get this pen. If, like me, it's not perfect, a modest refill can be all it needs to become an instrument you enjoy using.

I love this pen! To be fair, I'm no fancy man, but this pen gives the illusion of "sophisticated" for an affordable price. It came packaged in a foam box, so there's no scratches on the wood, and it came with a refill. It's weight is heavier than most pens - not TOO heavy, but sturdy. Plus, it writes really well, in black ink. No need to scribble with it to "get it going". 10/10 recommend!

This is a very stylish, quality pen at a good price. It was purchased as a birthday gift so unable to comment on how the pen writes but I am sure it will be well received and treasured for years to come. Would highly recommend.
