Strong Recommendation, and great customer service
Works super well and my kid loves it (he's almost 2 and has been using it for the past half year). Easy for him to grip, he's learned to operate the buttons, and has a very long charge! Strongly recommend for anyone I had a technical issue as well with it, but Vekkia's customer service was incredible and fixed it immediately without issue. When you have a child with a favorite toothbrush - which this one quickly became - they were a lifesaver.

Toothbrush stopped working, but vekkia made it right
Update: the company reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for my son's toothbrush. We're happy to have a functional toothbrush that effectively cleans his teeth. Thank you vekkia for standing behind your product. Original: I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn't bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They've been working great and keeping my childrens' teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING... My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating. (As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

Great little tooth brush
I originally purchased one in 2022, but then it stopped working after a year. Because my son really likes it, so I purchased another one in 2023. Glad it’s chargeable with USB C cable, great for little kids to use, and the best part is the timer tells you when to switch to another quarter of the mouth. But then last week, after 3 years of use, the tooth brush can’t be charged anymore. Sad… guess it’s time to move on.

Good design but not Sonic Care
My son wanted one similar to my Philips Sonic Care. However, this one does not turn left to right. It seems to be a mini vibrator with a brush head. Rechargeable function is good and it is cute but just does not function like the brand name product.

Der Nikolaus hat meinen Sohn diese Zahnbürste gebracht. Er findet sie super. Das Design ist toll und das Laden geht einfach und schnell. Die Handhabung ist einfach. Kann ich empfehlen.

Cepillo funcional y lindo pero no hay cabezales de repuesto
El cepillo es muy lindo y lo que me llevó a comprarlo es que el proveedor me había enviado días antes el link para la compra de los cabezales de repuesto, lo raro fue que cuando compré el cepillo casualmente ya no existía ese link ni los repuestos, lo que me parece un engaño. En sí, el cepillo funciona muy bien, encantador y se ve de buena calidad, lo único malo es lo que comento de los cabezales de repuesto, no existen aparte de los que trae el paquete.

Noticeably Cleaner Teeth After One Week – Great Budget Electric Brush
After using this for a couple of weeks, I can definitely feel the difference compared to a manual brush. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner and smoother after each use. The vibration settings are strong but not uncomfortable, and the battery lasts surprisingly long — I haven’t needed to recharge yet. One thing to note: the brush head is a bit small, which might take getting used to. Overall, great value for the price and a solid upgrade if you’re switching to electric brushing.
