As someone who has struggled with my digestive track and using the restroom, this medication WORKS. I have tried just about everything and this is the only thing that has consistently worked for me.Just as instructed in the bottle I take 2 capsules before bed with a full cup/ bottle of water. When I wake up in the morning I am able to go. Be warned though, this will completely clear out your system and you’ll need to go to the bathroom often. I read the reviews over and over before buy and taking them. I was so scared, because some of the reviews are very scary. So I did what most people said to do, which was to take one tablet rather than two. I took it about 2 am, and started mildly cramping around 11 am, I finally went to the bathroom, felt disappointed because I thought I’d go a lot. But it’s 3:07 and I’m using the bathroom while typing. Cramping is more intense but not unbearable. I do recommend taking one, to test the waters. But I’ll be taking two tonight. It definitely works, and I’m someone that can go days and days without pooping. So this is much needed. I’ll update in a few days.

Ok so I read the reviews before I bought this product. I was very impressed but I was a little concerned because on some reviews it said that it gives you bad pains in your stomach so with that being said, I decided to ease my way in when taking this product Because the pills are caplets I decided open the capsule and put half of the capsule in side of a half bottle of water I didn’t feel much results… so I took the other half of the capsule, about two or three hours later. The next morning boy I was going I was so amazed because I did not know I was so full of it!! so because I want so much I figure later that night I will take the whole capsule that’s when I got pains in my stomach, but so much came out after that this was on day 2 so I did not take anymore. I am on day three now and I am still going so if you’re wondering, do it work? Oh yes, it works!!!! P.S Please drink plenty of water with it.

If you need to clear out your gut this is for you. I used one pill on the first night and nothing happened. Two pills the next night and the morning after was a success. My bowels cleared like no ones business. That's pretty much all they do, they make you poop so if that's what you're looking for that's what you'll get.

Si no pudiera darle estrella, no le daría está pastilla es muy mala, cuando la bebés te hace ir mucho al baño o sea cumple su función pero luego al pasar el tiempo, yo no sufría del colon ahora no puedo comer granos porque me inflama y son unos dolores extremos, me cayó muy mal y causo efectos secundarios , no sufría del colon y ahora sí .....mucho cuidado con lo que metemos a nuestro cuerpoNo la recomiendo para nadaaaaa

Compré estas pastillas con la esperanza de mejorar mi digestión y regular mi tránsito intestinal, pero en mi caso no noté ningún efecto significativo, ni siquiera después de varios días de uso siguiendo las indicaciones.Cada cuerpo es diferente, así que puede que a otras personas les funcione mejor, pero personalmente no me dieron el resultado que buscaba. Aun así, valoro que el producto viniera bien empacado y con ingredientes naturales.Lamento que no me funcionara, pero agradezco haberlo probado.

This product works very well. It does give me gas pains, but nothing I can't handle. I've only been taking it for 3 days and so far so good. I've gone number 2 all 3 days. I haven't done that in a very long time. Update: I'm now at day 7 and the gas pains are a lot less serve. So far, no more constipation. It's been working so well that I don't know if I will take it for the whole 15 days. I may take a break after 10 days and see how it goes.
