Good quality and so far so good (for music producer)
I have used this since mid-Sept 2020; and as far as my review shows here, the product is working really well. I have a mixture of USB connections that I used. When using in maximum capacity (with plugged power supply):-I used 3 USB ports for direct file transfers from Data storage (USB Storage, SSD Storage)-The other 4 USB ports for connections to the audio interface, MIDI controllers and extension USB hub with 2 licenses and 1 keyboard USB-charging my phone with last USB port. The USB Hub has not shown any complications in data connections and transfer. Depends on where you are, so far it also doesn't heat up at all(maybe I live in a colder climate).

Great unit for doing USB backups
It is working well as a hub for USB backups to thumb drives, microSC cards (with adapter) and mobile phones.I like that I can turn power on and off for each port. I keep thumb drives on some ports and turn them on only when I need a backup to run. The power off feature lets the thumb drives stay cool between backup and I do not need to unplug the thumb drives.

So many USB ports!
I got this because my boyfriend needed more USB ports for his computer for music-related items. He loves it and tells me all the time how useful it is. It also is great because all the wires being connected to the computer are in one spot and can be organized away from the desk. A neat feature about it is that you can plug in the USBs you need but then choose which ones are actually on by pressing the button in front of the ports

Works Well for Most Applications
This item works well for most USB applications, at least with a full-sized computer. The only caveat is that some peripherals have a hard time operating properly through the hub. My Wacom tablet, for example, had to be attached to one of the built-in USB ports on the back of the computer. Using the hub, the computer would fail to recognize the tablet until I turned the switch on the hub off and then on again. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience never-the-less. Printer, scanner, standard mouse, and pen camera charger all work fine.

Seriously impressed with this device and the matarials
I bout a cheaper USB Hub and I couldn't get my external HDD to work. SO I thought I would try this, and I am really impressed. It is sturdy and everything I have plugged into is is seen and seen correctly. Sometimes things like Bluetooth adapters would be seen by other hubs, but no work. Everything from gaming headphones to ALL my external HDDs work great. This is really a handy piece of equipment to have and I am very glad I bought it and the quality is exceptional, especially after returning one that was plastic and flimsy. Solid build, solid performance.

Great Hub for Expansion
The hub was exactly as described on line and has really made a big difference in the ability to connect multiple devices. The dedicated charging port makes it convenient to keep my phone fully charged while on the computer. The hub size is also a great asset in that it fits nearly anywhere on the station. Overall, I can highly recommend this product if you need additional system connectivity.

Ports failed a year later permanently
Two of the blue usb ports no longer function , no matter if you hit the button a little over a year later. The rest of the materials seemed solid. I love the individual ability to turn off and on each port. T_T

Great hub-highly recommend
I have three of these hubs and they are very reliable and can handle external HDDs such as the WD MyBook 14TB HDD. Charging port is good for everything I use from UVC wands to MP3 players and many other devices.

Flawless design.
Absolutely solid usb hub. S.O.L.I.D. To say I’m satisfied would be an understatement.Great, heavy build quality. Feels amazing. Power buttons are handy and nice. Design is sleek and modern. Doesn’t even need to be powered if it’s just usb receivers you’re connecting, like me.

Better than expected. Much Better
Initially, I wasn't very confident, as I have had a mostly unpleasant time with cheaper USB hubs, simply unable to deliver a good file transfer rate. This is a different kettle of fish altogether. It's not unusual to get transfer speeds >100MB/s that's Megabytes, not bits. Especially is that so when I am dealing with large files (>1GB, though, really anything much above ~5 MB falls into the same category). As to be expected, if there are a lot of little files (<<1 MB) the transfer rate slows down substantially. But give it big files, and it eats them up very quickly. Of course, you need to have the power supply attached, and, if you're purchasing in Australia, don't forget to add a US to Australian converter plug for the A/C... available on Amazon for ~$10. A worthy purchase. I like that I can also switch the external HD's on as I need them, and turn off when I don't, leaving them permanently connected via the hub. A little extra security.
