What are the ingredients?

The can says naptha, hydrotreated light (64742-49-0), ethanol SDA 3C, isopropyl alcohol, n-propyl acetate, 1,1-difluoriethane. The can doesn't tell you that it's malfunctioning spray nozzle will cover your hand in this stuff instead of your flux covered PCB.

Why does this product dispense solvent onto my hand instead of the pcb i'm trying to clean - this is unacceptable!
