This product has the probiotics needed to help repair the intestinal tract if you have been on antibiotics. This product helps my IBS-D to be almost normal. Was taking a very expensive alternative with the same ingredients but found this one. Read the labels of any probiotics you might purchase and compare to what is in this product. Easy to swallow, smells fine, I keep it refrigerated but you don't need to I think. No taste, typical capsule size.

Began taking Happy V several weeks ago for vaginal health. Started with 1 pill every night for 4 days with no issues. Then I began the full dose of 2 pills each evening. I am very happy. I am so happy with this product! I bought it a while back because I was dealing with recurring UTIs, and nothing seemed to work. Then I came across Happy V on Instagram (back when I still had Instagram), and it honestly helped me so much. A couple of months after I stopped taking it, my UTIs came back. Recently, I was at a supplement store, and a lady started telling me how probiotics completely stopped her recurring UTIs. She even tried recommending a different brand to me, but it instantly reminded me of Happy V and how well it worked for me. So instead of trying something new, I ordered my second bottle! I’m genuinely excited because I know how much it helped me the first time. Looking back, I really wish I had stayed consistent with taking it. I don’t know why I stopped I guess I’m just not the best at remembering to take pills. I’m happy to be adding these back into my routine, and I’m looking forward to getting back to where I was before!
