Hi did everyone who purchased this item receive the parts to install to the toilet seat. (Washer nuts to screw on to thread)?

Can this be modified for top fitting as can’t get behind my toilet to the bolt ?

I wouldn’t bother to fit, just chuck it straight in the rubbish as breaks when used!

Is this fixed with bolts or a rawl plug mechanism?

Its fixed with a metal threaded bolt but has plastic nut which are no good as when you tighten them up they just strip the thread, so I had to use metal nuts and a metal washer.

Can anyone please help the fixings aren’t the same as the ones pictured

Should be two screws which screw into chrome fittings on toilet seat then put seat through the two holes on toilet and screw wing nuts onto protruding screws underneath all done
