Gives a lot of energy! Really cool! I feel more healthy.

Although it works, it takes a while. I would recommend drinking it in the morning but only if you plan to stay in the house. It's the type of detox that sneaks up on you. I do like that it doesn't give you the uncomfortable, crampy feeling but you will know when it's tome to go. As for the energy part, it does give you energy but it doesn't last long, maybe an hour or 2. I also bought this with the night time tea as a bundle, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT, IT DID NOT WORK!

Exactly as advertised

The Total Tea product is outstanding, and I have been using it since 2016. The original flavor is a good mellow tea flavor with a spicey background. I tried the new flavor and was excited because I love berry. This flavor was not bad but it wasn't a good berry flavor so I will stay with the original. Sorry as I was looking for a different flavor to trade off with, but I won't be utilizing this one.
