great as a tom/snare
it's a little complicated to install as a rack tom but it works great. sounds great as a high tom or extra snare for that extra pop!

Good For What It Is
The snare is good for what it is. It is a loud and full miniature rock snare. I had bought it hoping to use it for more DNB/Hip Hop types of patterns. For those, the snare is not.

Gretsch low end drum lacks durability
This drum is more like a toy, had to muffle and adjust to just get a decent flat snare crack.Lugs got stripped, mount got stripped. Would not recommend...served a purpose for a bit, but for my next side snare will be more solid and not break when tuned.

Not as pictured!
This order did not include the GTS mounting system with 9020 bracket as stated in the description. Worthless to me without the mount.

I use as side snare but i hit so much its almost my main snare
