OMG! These are divine! Thin, creamy caramel and chocolate. Seriously so, so good!! Don’t get just one or two!

I used to live in England several years ago and can't say enough about how wonderful the place is; beautiful countryside, the incredibly historical and ancient juxtaposed with thoroughly modern conveniences and trends. But the best thing about Britain is the people, and while I lived there I developed a deep appreciation for the incredibly strength, loyalty, humor, depth and kindness of the British people. Why say all of this in a review about a candy bar? Well, every day before getting on the bus to go to my high school, I would pass a small corner shop, stop in and buy a Curly Wurly (then called a Marathon) bar. The couple that ran the place were always very nice and one time even gave me one on account because I had forgotten my money. So I would get on the bus and have my delicious stretchy caramel bar covered with flaky milk chocolate and start the day off right. I have been back in the States for decades now and could never find these, so was thrilled when I came upon them on Amazon. I ordered them, expecting a very long wait as they are coming from the UK, and also expecting that coming so far through the postal service that the quality might have suffered. I was happily wrong on both counts; though I won't hold them to this timeline for the subsequent order which I just placed, they arrived in just over a week, packaged very well in a container with a Royal Mail postmark (yes, I'm keeping that as well) and very, very fresh. Biting into one of these brought back great memories and tasted sooooooo good! For less than a dollar a bar, delivered that far, with perfect quality, I can't express in too high terms what a great value this is. Even without the sentimentality that goes along with it, just the fantastic quality, fast delivery, and very low price make this an incredible value. If you want a fresh, great candy bar at a phenomenal price buy this. Five Stars!

Not quite like the Marathon bar, but close. Thinner and not as soft.

Remember the Marathon bar? Well this is it, renamed and differently packaged but it’s the same thing! Marathon was discontinued in the US and I found these and have been buying them ever since. Takes me back to my childhood! Delicious!

these are really good, smaller but the same as the old marathon bars from the 70s. The problem is being shipped to a mailbox in Florida heat??!! paying for prime from Amazon, then to have it sit in a hot mailbox and not delivered to your door is ridiculous!

Fun candy bar! I was looking for the old Marathon bar from the 70's. This sounded close, so thought it would be fun to order. They were perfect! They are smaller than what I remember, but it may be because I remember them in my tiny hands back then. My kids loved them!

Ces barres me rappellent tellement mon enfance et elles sont vraiment délicieuses! Je recommande pour les gourmands! Et en plus le fournisseur est vraiment très réactif et très très sympathique.

J’ai retrouvé mon bonbon de mon enfance , ma madeleine de Proust . Dommage que le prix soit un peu élèvé
