Aesop Body Balm Soothing, Balancing Hydration

It’s so good. Not your average lotion. This is balm. It feels more nutrient dense without being overly heavy or greasy. It has a subtle fragrance that is lovely. I’ll just say I can tell the difference when I don’t use it - how my skin feels thirsty. With it, my skin feels hydrated. I’ve tried a few other balm-like brands and they haven’t been remotely like this or worked nearly as well for me. She’s a keeper. I travel a lot and flying dries me out. This balm has been hugely beneficial. I think she’s worth every dollar.

You cannot go wrong with Aesop. Even though their products are pricey, the quality is unmatched. A little bit of this lotion goes a long way. It is extremely moisturizing and has a wonderful scent.

This is an amazing product! It’s softens my skin very nicely and the scent is so alluring!

This is a rich creamy hydrating lotion. I used this on my hands and wrists mostly, after washing and before I go to bed. It both absorbs into the skin and leaves an oily like residue, but not in an inconvenient way - like you're still able to grab a door handle, but you might leave fingerprints kind of way. I think it leaves my hands softer. Time will tell if this is worth the money, but the scent is probably my favorite thing about this balm. It almost smells like a creamsicle dipped in honey. There's no pump for this one, it's a metal seal that is opened by poking the top of the cap into it. It will come out quickly if you let it - a little goes a long way!

I would literally bathe in this stuff! It’s so hydrating! The scent is nice not too over powering.

This body balm is expensive as hell but it’s worth every penny. The scent is peppery and sexy. The lotion is creamy and leave my skin feeling refreshed. The Arsop products are costly but if you can afford to pamper yourself, I suggest you buy them

This is always my go to daily lotion. The smell is good more so after it dries. Smells a little weird when you first put it on but then it becomes a soft fragrance. My skin is super smooth after starting to use Aesop daily. I love it.

I was really looking forward to trying this because I love the scent of geranium and I've read great reviews about this product and the body wash. Unfortunately, when I first tried this, I used it after the shower and it took a long time before it really soaked into my skin. It felt like it just sat on top of my skin and didn't blend seamlessly in like a body butter or lotion would do. It's disappointing because the scent is beautiful, but I don't use it on my body anymore. For dry hands, it's perfect and makes my hands feel really soft and moisturized after. I would probably purchase again when I run out because it works great for my hands, and the fragrance is so nice and lasts for a while.

War ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, sonst muss ich gestehen, dass ich die Lotion nicht gekauft hatte, weil man wirklich nur für den Namen so viel bezahlt. Deshalb auch einen Punkt Abzug für das Preis-Leistungsverhälts. Aber so ist das bei solchen Marken nun mal und das weiß man beim Kauf ja auch. Riecht wahnsinnig gut, so zitronig, Sandelholz, Lemongras...irgendwie so; Aber auch da kenne ich eine Lotion, die ähnlich (gut) duftet, also fast genauso, und da kostet das Fläschchen dann 15€. Aber egal, mein Sohn steht gerade total auf diese Marke und kauft sich davon, was das Portemonnaie so her gibt.

Leider viel zu geruchsintensiv. Der Geruch ist dermaßen stark das Jeder direkt merkt wann man die Lotion benutzt hat. Sollte viel neutraler sein oder zumindest nach ein paar Minuten verfliegen. Für den hohen Preis daher nicht zu empfehlen außer man steht drauf seinen Geruch mit Jedem zu teilen *-*
