Don't forget to protect your dinghy
I used this to paint a West Marine 310 RIB dinghy that I bought this year. After a thorough cleaning and prepping the fiberglass bottom with some 100 grit sanding blocks and painters tape, we painted the hull in 2 coats. (I didnt use a primer.) I shook the paint for a few minutes before opening it and stirring but have to say it reconstituted much better than I expected. There was plenty of paint left to do 2 more coats if I wanted to but 2 coats looked good. Both the PVC and fiberglass surfaces took the paint with ease. I used a cheap brush from Home depot as my expectations were that the brush would be non-reusable. I let the 2 coats dry for 24 hrs before putting it in the boat in the water. After the dry time the finish looked good, you could see some minor brush marks but this is bottom paint not car enamel. I chose this paint over Pettit mostly for the price but also for the fact that its made near where I use the boat in RI. I figure they should know the waters of the bay and whats needed to protect a boat. Paint shipped with gloves, mixing sticks and a paint cup. So far its only been a week but it looks good. No cracks in the paint on the PVC. I'll update the review at the end of the season. Update: End of Season 1 (November 2015). Paint held up very well. I cleaned the bottom of the dinghy with a pressure washer at the end of the season and did an inspection. I have to say the paint looks very good. I expected the paint to crack and flake off but its solid. The only areas showing wear is on the keel from where I beached it but even there it didnt wear all the way through. It just looks scraped. I'm adding a star. I wont need to paint next year. Hopefully I can remember to update my review again next year.

If you're going to keep your dinghy in the water, paint the bottom
We thought we would take our dinghy out of the water. We were wrong and lazy. We pulled it behind us for several months in South Florida. When we finally pulled it out of the water, I think it weighed twice as much as it normally did because of the incredible growth of barnacles. It took the two of us about 4 hours to scrape everything off. Hopefully this paint will solve the problem of barnacle growth if not our laziness.

Excellent quality.
The application of this paint was excellent. Coverage was excellent as well. I hope flexibility and durability are as good. The paint must have been on the shelf for quite awhile because it took a long time to get it mixed and I still found hard particles during application. I suggest they put the product in a shaker before shipping.

Best Protection Ever
One of the best dinghy bottom paints on the market. The paint was easy to apply. I applied two coats, The dinghy went into the water in July 2018 and was taken out at the end of September. And although it was a miserably hot NJ summer, I was pleasantly surprised to find a perfectly clean bottom. Best thing, no need to paint next season. You will not be disappointed.

Inflatable Bottom Paint review
Not sure if I used it for it's intended use? I used it on an NRS fishing raft. I cleaned my raft bottom with denatured alcohol first. It painted on well, but after allowing to dry for over 24 hours I could tell that it was going to peel off. It does allow me to roll up my raft without peeling, but after making a run down my high water river, it scrapped off in several areas. I have an area that got regular spray paint on it and that paint will never come off. Guess I should state why I purchases this paint to begin with...I wanted to camouflage my blue bottom raft in order to not spook rainbow trout. I get the feeling this paint should be used for salt water applications.?.

Very good effective productive
I have a 10 foot Zodiac that stays in salt water 7 months out of the year next to my boat. The first year the growth was absolutely terrible with barnacles and the normal crud were thick took high pressure washer and muratic acid to clean. About 3 hours of cleaning. I found this product on Amazon and applied using a brush. I recommend a roller. The zodiac was in the water after application of paint for 5 months. When I removed it, it was clean, clean, clean. I just had to garden hose the bottom before storage. This stuff works and I can get an other season with this application. Very effective bottom paint for inflatable rubber boats.
