FINALLY!! A hair tie that holds!!!!!
I'm so stoked on these hair ties and so grateful I found them and took a chance on pricey ties! I have very straight hair, every few months I get my hair thinned out with a trim otherwise it's too heavy. I have to have my hair out and away from my face for work (healthcare). Over the years I've tried so many hair ties and nothing stays in place, they all slip down quickly, if they're grippy they break your hair (was called out by my hair stylist on that one!) Or as you've probably experienced, they hold maybe for a day and then become so stretched out they're worthless. All this to say, I've tried it all in my 20+yr search. Anyway, these hair ties are magic. If I could compare them to anything it would be as if it were a portion of a compression sock? They're wide but roll up on itself. Once you put it in place it does.not.move. I have to admit, there's a learning curve to a hair tie that doesn't budge and took me a day or two to get my hair looking good pulled back securely. I've used this purposefully for at least 2 weeks consistently to give an honest review on durability. So far there has been NO wearing out of the one hair tie I've used all this time. Not stretched out at all. There's only 3 included but these will LAST, I can tell. Also somehow there's no crease left in your hair after extended time in. Magic, I tell you! If you're struggling with thick hair and needing something to actually last and hold, I promise you these are worth it.

Uh-may-zing hair ties that work on fine hair
These are worth every penny. I have fine hair and have been looking for hair ties I don’t have to readjust every five minutes because they are slipping out. I found some I like, but they stretch out and break way too easily. Based on other reviews, I decided to take the chance on these and I’m glad I did. They are different than traditional hair ties in that they are a thick, rolled material that stays in place!! I received these on August 23, and today is October 13. I’m still using the first tie I pulled out of the box! I wear it every day - anywhere from a couple of hours to all day - and it’s still in great shape. In the photo, the tie to the left is fresh out of the box. The one to the right is the single one I’ve worn everyday since I received them. Highly recommend and they are worth the price.

Great for thin fine hair too! Love it. Just wish there were other colors.
They work for fine hair too - I have thin, slick/silky fine hair - but a very sensitive head -- it is very hard for me to wear my hair in a pony tail because most hair bands that are tight enough to 'grip' my hair and not slip out, will also PULL some individual strands or pull all of them, so I'm either feeling pain and annoyance from individual strands here and there, or a headache of the whole punch is pulled too tight. The other alternatives, hairbands with silicone strips or soft silicone 'teeth' don't slip but still pull. Thick or thin, very few hair bands can hold my hair without either slipping, or pulling. But this burlyband is amazing - it has has a fabric grippy surface - hard to explain - it's not tacky, but if I put in one pony tail and wrap it twice around - it's loose enough not to give me a headache - but does NOT pull my hair at all - and does not slip AT ALL - it holds my ponytail at a nice angle. Or, if I put in two pony tails and wrap a band three times around - it has a great strong grip without being tight. The final comment -which probably hardly anyone reading this will relate to since these are supposedly for people with masses of thick hair -- is that these thick burlybands actually appear to GIVE my thin, fine skimpy hair volume, because of the way they hold the pony tail and project it out from my head - which is great! Usually my ponytails just sag and hang down with regular bands. This band is all things to all people - whether you have the masses thick tresses or fine thin baby hair like me.

Amazing scrunchies but pricey:)
These are such good hair ties the only downfall is I think they're a little pricey for what it's worth who the hell really wants to spend $20 hair scrunchies but they are a really good product.

Strong enough for THICC hair
I have VERY thick hair and since I keep it long I needed a BURLY band (haha) so keep things tight up in a bun or ponytail. Burly Bands are fantastic and are SEAMLESS which is so important for people with THICC hair. Most of the time, the band stays in place ALL DAY. But sometimes, and this is NOT necessarily a fault of the band, my hair decides to be so soft and somehow less thick?? than it normally is, and the burly band will slip too easily and I have to redo my hair a bunch of times to get it to sit tight. But that's a me problem. The bands DO stretch out over time, but they DO NOT lose elasticity, not that I've found. I've made sure to purchase extras in case I misplace them because they're too good to risk going out of business and leaving me wanting (because all good things seem to do that). One nice thing about Burly Bands: I do not have to double up on bands when I use this hand, whereas many other hands that are half (or less) of the width I often need to double up or risk my bun just flopping out of place. But no, Burly Band is indeed burly and doesn't need help (in my case).

Super strong - great for long thick hair.
These are so good. I have really long, really thick hair. One of these will hold my hair in a high pony, but I use two to maintain height. Nothing I’ve tried sticks like these. They don’t pull my hair out either. I’m so glad I’ve found them.

Great For Thick, Heavy Hair!
These are the only ponytail holders that work on my daughter’s thick hair. She usually complains that her hair slips out. Not with these! They hold her hair up and last through entire soccer games without needing to be tightened.

Very thick
Very thick! If purchased, I suggest cutting them in half to make two hair bands- allowing them to not feel so tight!

Good but colour slightly different than expected
Good hair bands, large size and good for thick hair. My only issue is that the colours on the picture are a lot darker than in real life. Left is “light blue” and right is “dark blue”.

High end high quaility
These are awesome for ponytails to very full type styles. They never pull or bind. They are painless to use no yanking or .nasty grabbing They hold up a long time. . A bit pricey but worth the benefits.
