My dermalogica cream had a hole in it and I’m breaking out on my face, I’m am sceptical that it is even real ???

Firstly, there shouldn't be a hole in the packaging. It should be sealed when you receive it. Secondly, there are 2 versions of intensive moisture balance. The newer version has blue writing on the cream. This may not be suitable for all skin types as I know someone else who had a reaction to this as well. But for me, it is fine.
