Is any artificial caffeine added? since normally black tea has lower caffeine levels.

The added caffeine in Zest comes from all natural tea extract.

Can you make iced tea or is it best hot?

The two Zest Tea flavors I've tried are both best served iced, and imagine that's true for most of them. The Blue Lady is the best iced tea I've ever had, with the Pomegranite Mojito coming in a close second. I add plenty of fresh-squeezed lemon and sugar. I use four bags to make roughly a half-gallon of iced tea. This ensures the flavor and caffeine potency shine through and aren't diluted.

Why is there no nutritional information label on this product? I would like to know the sugar and calorie content of it, if any.

There is no sugar or calories in Zest Tea. Most teas are not required to put nutritional panels on the labels, because they would read 0 all the way across.

What material are the sachets made of?

It's not the same material as a normal tea bag. Kind of a silky tulle. It still has the string and paper to hold it with though.
