Cats hate it, but it does keep their teeth clean!
First of all, my cats hate this stuff. Pretty sure your cat will, too. So if you're not willing to wrestle your cat into submission, steer clear, lol. We use this once a day, one droplet on each side of the mouth for effectiveness. Two days a week we will use a toothbrush and this gel to brush their teeth, too. During vet visits, they complimented on how clean our cats' teeth were, so it is doing something, though it could be just the brushing that does it. They've never had any ill effects from the gel, other than hating the flavor (sometimes, one of our cats drools a little to get the taste out of their mouth, so this may happen with yours).

Reduced gum inflammation and redness in three days!
I bought this for my young cat who was a rescue with a bad case of gingivitis. The vet said she would start losing her teeth in a few years. I stopped using it when in the follow up visit, I was told that toothpaste works better. Well, the daily toothpaste ritual made her stop trusting me, so I stopped. She bonded to me as a sick kitten, and breaking that trust was not going to improve our lives together. I recently noticed that her gums were seriously red and inflamed. I decided to give this gel another try. She doesn't love it, but it is soooo much better than the toothpaste. She tolerates it, and it does not lead to mistrust. Her gums started getting better after three days. It's been almost two weeks, and they are almost a normal color. The one thing that I recommend is NOT USING THE DROPPER that comes with the bottle. It just shoots a big blob into the cat's mouth, and the cat swallows the blob without it getting on teeth or gums. It's useless and a waste of money. Use a small veterinary syringe, and try to carefully apply it to the gums by sliding the tip of the small syringe between the lips and the gum.

Good!
you can put some on your finger and swab it on your cats outer teeth, don't directly put the opener on your cats outer teeth because your catwill hate it.

WOW 😮
I have only given my kitty this gel twice and I have already seen a difference. Now she doesn’t like the taste. And she does fight me to get it in but none of the matters because this works so well. My cat hasn’t been sick, I was a little worried that I got too much in her mouth cause of the scuffle (don’t judge me) but she was normal! I like how it smells, it smells like human toothpaste I just keep it out the bathroom. I also use this is conjunction with greenies teeth treats but I know this gel has made the biggest difference ❤️

If you’re buying as tooth brush alternative, don’t. It’s not more convenient.
If you’re buying this because your cat refuses to brush teeth, this is just as difficult. Yes it’s only one drop, but the flavor is toothpaste which my cat hates (most cats will hate). It’s impossible to even get it near his mouth, not to say IN his mouth. Also the applicator is just a tube you squeeze, you can’t let it out super quickly, so I ended up wasting more than half of the toothpastes because when I put it on my cat’s mouth he just shakes it all off. When he decides to eat/lick it, I just get lucky. I have enough time every day luckily, but if you’re a busy person, I doubt this will make it easier for you. Also according to the instruction you’re not supposed to feed after, so there’s no way for me to train him with treats. Eventually I gave up and put it on his treats, that’s the only way I can get the toothpaste in his mouth. I would recommend this for friendly cats that let their owner handle them, doesn’t work on high arousal cats.

Very nice! 🐱🐾
I'll keep keep you updated with my experience. I feel really optimistic with this product. I'll be using it daily, like it says in the instructions....then twice a week after one month. There's no brushing involved, and the water additives have some reviews reporting dogs and cats puking it up or avoiding their water altogether...so I went with this. First of all the first dose went alright! Everyone is overreacting about the cats "not liking it" and trying to run away. Well, duh of course. They're cats. The majority run away from bath time, and hate anything getting put in their mouth, including pills....so of course your cat isn't going to lick it off willingly, but it's the best alternative I could think of to brushing or having the vet put her under annually when she needs her teeth cleaned. I used my finger instead to rub the gel on her teeth, and she was licking a lot like the packaging said they would. This is normal, because saliva kind of helps activate it and moves it around the mouth. Surprisingly she didn't run away after we gave it to her. Point is, it must be done. No your cat won't like it, yes they'll probably be a little angry at you for a while but it's for their well-being and health in the long run. It's better than some of the nasty chemicals in other products/brands, and I don't have to worry about them being ingested daily into my cat.

Cats hate it
Both of my cats hate it, make it impossible to use. Once the gel touch just a little bit of their teeth they would run away. I can't tell the effectiveness since I can barely brush them with it.

Would recommend if you can’t brush your cat’s teeth.
It’s fairly effective for what it’s worth. Since I cannot brush everyday, it is convenient and it lasts for a while. My cat tolerates it and I see some improvement in her dental health. It feels a little pricey for the value of the size, but it’s worth getting since it’s the only tooth gel I’ve found on the market. It smells nice, like a light fresh/natural scent.

Great even if your cats teeth and gums look healthy. Help prevent gingivitis before it starts!
No I don’t believe the cats ‘like’ the flavour but I’ve found them to actually be more happy and social sometime after the 30 minutes of use... maybe my cats are just weird? But it’s a great product to help clean their teeth and it’s important for them to have clean teeth or they can get gingivitis and the teeth will break down exposing nerves making it difficult for them to enjoy eating (happened to a childhood pet before we knew how important it was) so great product to help clean and prevent early cases of gingivitis or even before gingivitis takes place. Cats 3 years and older need help keeping their teeth cleaned, especially when they become seniors. And I believe it’s better to give it to them the once a week and have them hate you for the 10 seconds it takes to use than risk your cats health and paying costly vet bills for dental care.

Okay
Didn’t really worked as much as plaque off but it’s useful if ur cat doesn’t let u brush teeth and makes plaque soft to remove it with scaler
