Love this to add to just about any sauces or soups. Has good flavor not overpowering. My secret ingredient to many recipes. Good price resealable bag. Good quality will remain a staple in my kitchen

I use this as a flavoring for my wild rice. I cook a big pot and store it in a bowl in the refrigerator and use the rice with pasta, corn, tomatoes, and other veggies (raw and cooked). Ziplock resealable bag keeps it fresh and non-clumpy in the pantry, even in Hawaiian humidity.

This is the best mushroom seasoning that I have come across. I have bought another brand (because Takii was sold out) and it does not even come close to the taste of Takii powder. I use Takii for cooking. It makes the dishes super delicious!

This stuff is AMAZING. My favorite use of it is on pork chops, because you can pat 'em dry, rub 'em with pepper and umami seasoning, and then cook them on the stove, and this powder somehow transforms into a magically delicious crust. It's good on just about anything, though. If you're salt-sensitive, be aware that this does have extra salt in it, so you may want to hold off on adding other sources of salt until you know for sure they'll be needed. The only real downside is that it comes in little-bitty bags, and I want it to come in 5-gallon buckets. It's expensive for the amount, particularly given how quickly this stuff goes in my house.

I'm on my 100th packet of this (no joke)! I use this to add flavor for soups, stews, etc. Great alternative for MSG. Also, vegetarian/vegan friendly. Highly recommend!

Fanastic product which added that Umami, presence that I was expecting. A little expensive with the amount that you get, but still a good product.

Works as advertised. Makes every things taste better. Did not get 5 stars because of salt content. 260mg per half tea spoon. Not a whole lot but more than enough to make things saltier.
