I don't think so (assume you mean Jay-Be folding bed & depends on the model). If you have wooden slats in your bed, I think they go directly into the metal frame, but if there are no wooden slats, then definitely no.

Once used on a bed, can they be removed ie if you have to dismantle the bed for moving?
