Will this fade after sitting in the sun for more than 1 year?

Follow these steps and it will last longer. Lets say you got polish on the plastic or rubber or lets say it is several years old and faded. First wash area with automotive wash product, then dry in sun. Next purchase a grease and wax remover (Dupli-color brand CM543 is a good brand) clean area good and allow to dry. Take a clean cloth that does not leave lent and wipe off area. Tape off (automotive paint grade) and cover up large area not to be painted (spray paint will float with or without breeze) . Apply several lite coats instead of one heavy coat allowing each to dry each time. Once color is uniformed then remove tape and other materials covering the rest of vehicle. Once paint has dried let set in sun for several hours and do not wash vehicle for a few days. It will work

This is a flat black paint. Specifically used for side steps, door handles, and bumpers. Anything that was flat black before, will look really good afterward. Hope this helps.

how many cans for 2 bumpers? is this paint or a restorer product?

I used one can for a bumper and 2 side steps on my truck, with paint to spare. This is definitely a paint, as you want to tape off any area that you do not want to be black. It has restorative qualities to it and definitely makes a noticeable difference

What is the difference between this and the tb101 trim and bumper paint (other than the price?) are they both black?

This one is charcoal grey and tb101 is flat black
