I've just turned 73 and I've been suffering from arthritis for a few years. I'm not as active as when I was younger. I am more concerned about my bones now and want to be as healthy as I can. It seems like the arthritis in my lower back, hips and toes has been more painful as I age. I've only been using the K2 & D3 for a very short time I hope to prevent any greater arthritic bone joint pains. My wife has been using D3 from another company for years and I want to be as healthy as she is. She likes the idea of combining K2 and the D3 for better absorption. Purely Holistic is made in America and I've been using some of their other products and I've been very pleased with them as well. The combination of the K2 & D3 looks to be very promising. I will follow up again in a month or so.

My Vitamin D level has been low for quite some time. Unable to increase using D alone I began taking K2+D3. My D level is rising. This brand is easy to swallow and is a great price. What I recently noticed the pain in my joints and muscles I was experiencing is gone. I also feel more relaxed. I highly recommend this product.

Most D3 supplements don't also have K2, as Purely Holistic does. I've read many times that these two important vitamins complement & support each other and should be taken together. I've been taking this combination for years and notice a health deficit when I don't. Purely Holistic offers, in my opinion, the best product of it's type at a very reasonable price. What's not to like? Great product!

While I've only been taking it for a short time and can't directly speak to how well this works, the research I've done tells me that this combination not only works synergistically to provide maximum benefit, it also aids in the effective absorption of calcium in the diet, which both my wife and I need as we age. I give it 4 stars only because I've not been taking it long, but believe that time will show it to be a 5 star product.

I wonder how many people are advised to take calcium supplements with a word of warning that they should also take magnesium which. if many reports are accurate, is found more and more sparingly in our soil. I believe the ratio is supposed to be about 50/50. Besides which calcium supplements on their own CONTRUBUTE TO MORE HEART ATTACKS that they prevent broken bones simply because people do not have enough K2 in their systems. Vitamin K2 controls where calcium accumulates in the body and prevents it from building up in the wrong locations, specifically in soft tissues. Thus it prevents calcification of the arteries, which can lead to heart disease. K2 is found in abundance in beef liver, Japanese Natto (femented soybeans), with dark meat chicken coming in third. However , since few eat either liver or Natto (one of the most intolerable things I have ever tried) and chicken is not on the menu all that often, it is much easier to supplement with this form of the vitamin derived from Natto. I will take these as long as they make them. Cheers

This is a great health supplement at a great price!

Yet another supplement I enjoy from this amazing company. I have not taken this long term yet but I will continue to buy this brand. I have taken a D3 supplement for years but switched to this brand because it has the K2 in it as well, which I was interested in adding to my regimen. We are currently taking them just every other day as we are finishing off the other brand on the alternating days. Once the old ones are gone we will just stick with this brand. I buy and take quite a few of their supplements and I am very pleased with the quality. My father has even started using this brand after hearing how well I like them.
