It is everything it claims to be, cool, comfortable and strong. I got this for my husband first, he loves it and then got one for my son, he uses it to support his knees and has been sleeping much better since then. They both needed a firm pillow that is not super soft, firm but not achy. Finally found the perfect one.

This pillow is supportive but still soft, and I love the cooling effect!

It's a comfy pillow, it has two sides,1 that's supposed to be cooling(it stays cool but it's not as cool as expected) and then a "soft side" which seems to have thicker covering on that side and not cool feeling. It's a comfy soft pillow though, just don't let ur kids unzip it 🤣 I will also say it smelled funny (not in a nasty way more of kinda like a sharpie) but that was gone by morning.

I ordered these for my son who has neck issues and has gone through so many pillows trying to find one that he liked. They’re heavy, so i was worried that they might be “too” heavy to be able to sleep on comfortably, so I ordered a second set, one firmer than the other (just in case) and gave him a set for Xmas and he loved the first set so much without even trying the less firm ones.He also needs the cooling factor and these offered that, too. They are filled with pieces of memory foam (tons of it) and each pillow can be modified by removing some of the foam. The covers are beautiful, high quality fabric with a zipper so ts easy to remove or replace the foam pieces. The size is perfect and they keep their shape. I kept the second set i ordered rather than returning them and i love the pillows. I actually modified two by removing some of the foam pieces. I kept the foam pieces in a zippered pillow protector and i can always adjust mine when or if i need to. 1000% love these.

I’ve tried at least 20+ different pillows over the last 15 years and this is the only one that is actually comfortable. I had to take out some of the stuffing because it was too firm, after that, it is perfect. I’m super happy with this purchase! AND at such a great price, these pillows are worth every penny. I absolutely love these Cooling Queen Size Pillows! I used to wake up every morning with neck pain and thought it was just from work stress since I spend long hours in an office, but after switching to these pillows, I realized how much of a difference the right support makes. They are incredibly comfortable, stay cool throughout the night, and provide the perfect balance of softness and support. Since using them, I no longer wake up with neck pain, and my sleep quality has improved so much. Best pillow EVER! Great for side sleepers that keep head aligned with rest of body. Keeps its shape and firmness. Best sleep in a long time. Only negative is I don’t want to get out of bed and leave my pillow!

Absolutely great for the price. The inner foam feels like high quality and the cooling side some how stays very cool, feels much cooler than standard covers right out of the box. Unfortunately however, I was looking for something a tad softer. I assume for most people these will be fantastic. However, when compared to the coop pillow, they feel a bit more firm, but the coop is also 4x more expensive for only ~20% softer. And, the slightly firmer feel may be preferable to some people. It almost has the springy feeling of latex foam, and not as “cloudy” soft as the coop. It was also great that they came with some extra foam, may be useful for some people, for us, we had to take some out and they were still not as soft as the coop.

No better at cooling than any other regular pillow.

Very durable. I have had this pillow for more than a year and packed it with me while I travelled the world. Before every flight I compress it as much as possible and tie with strings. At my next destination it expands back up to the normal size. And I took 8 flights in the span of 2 months, and the pillow is still nice and comfortable.

My main problem is that those covers get warm very fast as soon as your face touches them.
