I wouldn't be without it.
I'm saddened that this little vac isn't making everyone as happy as it makes me! - I'd go as far as saying it's life changing. I lack the health to do regular hoovering as much I'd like ... and now I don't need to - once a month will suffice. The suction on this fantastic - the dust, hairs and fluff I collect is both embarrassing and joyful!. My one bed bungalow has laminate floors and 3 large thick pile rugs - I can do all the floors and rugs on one charge. Rug hoovering with my big vac would mean stopping and starting to catch a breath, but now I can sit down on the rug and hoover til my hearts content - and do as good a job too - if not better. Another thing this little vac does is raise the pile - the rugs look like new when they're done and I can do them as many times a day as I like - it's perfect for when you're expecting a visitor and only have minutes to look like you've not been sat on your bottom all day ☺️ The hair tool is so simple and yet it collects all the hair nto a hairball which then gets sucked into the vac. The down sides are probably having to regularly clean or wash the filter - I can buy a spare but it would have been nice (and practical) to include one. Another thing is the length of the vac when the crevice tool is attached - it's awkwardly long which means you need to hold it quite far away from what you're hoovering ... I hoped I could use it to keep my venetian blinds dust free but it feels cumbersome ... also it's too heavy in an outstretched arm for me. It's good for skirting boards though. I read they do a mattress attachment which I might purchase (with my spare filter) - I believe it's shaped to go either side of the piped edge. All in all, I'm extremely happy and relieved to maintain a little bit more independence as I get older and slowly fall apart 😊

Makes cleaning a doddle
I love my WandVac. I previously had a Black and Decker Dustbuster which served me very well for many years but was quite big. I nearly bought another but decided to try the Shark cleaner. I am so glad that I did. I have a large conservatory that attracts insects and spiders. Previously it was difficult to get under tables and in nooks and crannies. (I have a lot of furniture and ornaments!) Now it is a doddle. The Shark is very versatile. It is so light and easy to handle, -its slim design is perfect for nipping round scooping up dead flies and midges. It is also really easy to eject the dust. I wish it had a longer battery life (8 mins?) but it is more than adequate for my needs.

Sleek, lightweight, and perfect for quick pick-ups—just mind the tiny bin!
If you are looking for a heavy-duty vacuum to clean your entire house, this isn't it. But if you want a sleek, incredibly powerful little tool sitting on your kitchen counter ready to instantly suck up spilled coffee grounds, pet hair, or car crumbs, the Shark WandVac 1.0 is absolutely brilliant. Here is my honest take after using it daily: 👍 THE PROS: Incredible Suction for its Size: Don't let its slim, wand-like design fool you. The suction power is surprisingly strong. It tackles pet hair on sofas, crumbs in deep couch crevices, and car mats with ease. Ultra-Lightweight & Ergonomic: Weighing just under 700 grams, it feels incredibly balanced in the hand. It’s perfect for reaching up high to catch cobwebs or getting into awkward corners without fatiguing your wrist. Beautiful Charging Dock: The storage base looks ultra-modern on a kitchen worktop or desk. The vacuum is always charged up and ready to go, and the dock neatly stores the included crevice and pet multi-tools right on the back. One-Touch Emptying: You just press a single button, and the dust cup flips open to drop the dirt directly into the bin. You don't have to get your hands dirty at all. 👎 THE CONTROS: Short Battery Life: The battery lasts around 8 to 10 minutes per charge. While that sounds very short, it is designed strictly for "spot cleaning" quick messes rather than long vacuuming sessions. Very Tiny Dust Cup: Because the vacuum is so slim, the dust bin fills up very fast. If you are cleaning up after a messy pet or vacuuming a dirty car, you will easily have to empty it two or three times during a single session. Blows Air From the Sides: The exhaust vents on the side are quite powerful. If you approach a pile of lightweight crumbs at the wrong angle, the exhaust air can sometimes scatter them before you can suck them up. 💡 Final Verdict: The Shark WandVac 1.0 is the ultimate grab-and-go convenience tool. It's expensive compared to generic handheld vacuums, but the build quality, premium look, and high suction power justify the price. It makes daily spot-cleaning effortless. Just be prepared to empty the bin frequently!

Ideal for Spills
Received yesterday, so can't comment on durability but: easy toggle to switch on and off i.e. don't keep finger on button as on my stick vacuum. Lightweight; ideal for anyone with dexterity problems. So far I have tackled crumbs in kitchen, dog fluff bowling round from our dog who doesn't shed hairs (!), brilliant for skirting boards, cobwebs and crumbs on leather settee. No, it certainly won't replace a larger vacuum but it does exactly what it said and suction is very good, unlike other hand held machines I have bought. It would be 5* except I found the stand a bit lightweight and it collapses when I move it around, but this isn't how to use it and once I decide the most useful destination I'm sure it will be fine. I hope it will withstand daily use but I was able to register for 2 year warranty so feel very happy with my purchase so far.

Worth every penny for that Shark quality.
In my opinion, this is worth absolutely every penny they charge. Initially I thought the price was quite steep for only 8 minutes of battery time but it’s important to remember that you’re not using this as a proper vacuum. This is a handheld vacuum for doing spot cleaning such as a spillage or small areas of cleaning. For a proper cleaning you would use a full size vacuum. 8 mins is a long time when you are spot cleaning only. I’ve always liked Shark products because I feel they are well put together, everything is easy to understand and well explained, the products work without having any issues and the customer service from Shark is second to none. I have been eyeballing this handheld vacuum ever since I saw Mrs Hinch use it on her feed a couple of years ago but I’ve always put myself off due to the high price point. We’ve recently moved to a bungalow which is mainly hard floor so I sweep every day and no matter how many times I go over with the dustpan and brush to collect the pile, I always end up missing some. So I wanted a handheld vacuum just a little areas of spot cleaning around the house and instead of paying less for a cheap model, I decided to treat myself and I am so glad I did. As usual, always up to Sharks high standards. The product is well packaged, includes two different attachments to go on the vacuum, it’s easy to clean, easy to maintain and is effortless. The stand sits on top of the charging dock which means that the vacuum easily slots on to charge not use and you can put the two attachments neatly behind to keep it together as a unit. It’s very small and doesn’t take up much space so I have it in the corner of my kitchen plugged in and I use probably every day to vacuum up some mess in the house. I use it to clean up the piles from sweeping the hard floors, I use it to clean around my window sills in my conservatory and anything else I need I for and it picks up every bit as well as a full-size shark vacuum. There is a quick release button on the top which is easy to empty into the bin and then you can remove the filters to clean as you would with any other shark vacuum. One other benefit for me is that in our property we get lots of little spiders and this vacuum is absolutely perfect for going around and scooping them up. They don’t escape the vacuum but more importantly it isn’t strong enough that it kills them which means that I can take it outside and then press the quick release button to put them safely back outside where they belong. Much easier to reach them when they’re hiding around on the ceiling where my short height can’t reach. Honestly, I think it’s worth the money and personally I don’t see the need to have twice the battery life. I wouldn’t use this to clean my car; I would either get a cheaper model or more than likely I would just use my full-size vacuum that I could plug-in so that I could take my time. I think cleaning your car even with 15 minutes worth of battery is a push if you’re having a proper hoover but in terms of picking up crumbs off of the seats, in terms of vacuuming up small spills or cleaning your couch… The possibilities really are endless and I think it’s personally worth every penny to get that Shark quality

A handy addition to the kitchen, and gives Henry a well earned rest...
As a bit of a clean freak I was getting fed up with having to wheel out my Henry every time I spotted a few crumbs on the floor (although he always seems happy to help), so when I started looking for handier alternatives I came across this Shark. So far, I have no complaints! It's neat enough to stand at the end of the kitchen worktop without getting in the way (within easy grabbing distance!), it has great suction for such a small "wand" handheld, and emptying the dust bin is as easy as pushing a button. It comes with two very useful attachments and is also extremely useful for a quick vacuum of the car, especially if you live in a block of flats like me where it's almost impossible to clean out your car using a conventional vacuum. I haven't had to clean the dust bin yet, but it looks straight forward enough to remove and run under the tap. If you want something easier than getting the upright out, and quicker than a dustpan and brush, then get this! It does seem a bit expensive for what it is, but the convenience makes it worth the money. Plus, Amazon offers 5 interest-free payment installments! A no-brainer in my opinion, highly recommended!

Love It!
I am absolutely thrilled with the Shark Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner! This little powerhouse has transformed my cleaning routine. Its lightweight design and powerful suction make it a breeze to clean up messes around the house, whether it's crumbs on the kitchen counter or pet hair on the upholstery. The convenience of being cordless means I can easily move from room to room without any hassle. The battery life is impressive, allowing me to tackle multiple cleaning tasks on a single charge. Emptying the dustbin is a cinch, and the filter system keeps the air fresh as I clean. What truly sets this handheld vacuum apart is its versatility – it comes with a range of attachments that make it suitable for various surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. I've tried other handheld vacuums in the past, but the Shark Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner has truly exceeded my expectations. It's a game-changer for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine and maintain a tidy home with minimal effort. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning companion!

Compact, Lightweight, and Surprisingly Powerful — Perfect for Quick Clean-Ups
Update: 4 months in, the suction power is so bad we've stopped using it and it's now a kids toy. The Shark WandVac 1.0 Cordless Handheld Vacuum is a brilliant little gadget for tackling everyday messes with ease. Its small and lightweight design makes it incredibly convenient to grab for quick jobs, whether it’s crumbs on the table, pet hair on the sofa, or those mysterious bits that appear in your car overnight. Despite its size, the suction power is impressive and handles most tasks without breaking a sweat. The included duster/crevice and multi-surface tools add versatility, making it easy to clean in tight corners, around furniture, or on soft surfaces like cushions and upholstery. The charging base is sleek and keeps the vacuum neatly stored and ready to go, so you’re never scrambling for a charger when you need it. The runtime is decent for quick clean-ups, but it’s not designed for long sessions — this is more of a spot-cleaning hero than a whole-house vacuum. Emptying the dust cup is simple, though the capacity is small (to be expected for its compact size), so you’ll need to empty it frequently if tackling larger messes. Overall, the Shark WandVac is perfect for anyone who needs a lightweight, powerful handheld vacuum for quick jobs around the house or car. It’s sleek, easy to use, and packs a punch for its size. A fantastic little helper for keeping messes under control without dragging out the big vacuum!
