I have been ordering this for more than a year and it is my favorite between it, the chocolate and the coffee. I think I'll try th caramel too. Chocolate isn't bad , just not my fist choice. The ripple brand saved me because I discovered the high protein drink I had used for years had dairy product in it and was actually causing some of my health problems.

I love these plant based protein shakes because they do not have a chemically taste and they are not too sweet. Vanilla is my favorite. Since I don't drink milk I will often pour the protein shake over cereal as a protein packed substitute. It also tastes great in coffee as a creamer substitute.

Taste great. I usually mix in some banana or other fruit and peanut butter, protein powder or peanut butter. Any variety of additions is an improvement. I needed it after shoulder surgery where I was told to take extra protein for a few months to build back my bones.

My list of no-nos is fairly long, but the biggest ones are; 1. No dairy 2. No Stevia (note here…if you have endocrine issues, read up on Stevia). 3. No spinach (another note…raw spinach depletes calcium from your body) 4. Option of vanilla What I don’t like is the plastic bottles and caps and covers with a foil seal once you get past opening the plastic around the cap. It’s overkill. Im reusing them as much as I can, but there’s only so many ways to do that. This shake passed all those no-nos for me. This is not a thick shake. I use it in place of water to make a protein packed smoothie that I add a protein powder to along with frozen apple chunks, banana slices, a slice of cooked red beet and a chunk of avocado. The avocado really thickens the smoothie. The beet turns it a beautiful dark pink and the whole thing is exactly sweet enough. I tried another brand that checked some of the boxes. It was organic, this one is not. I almost decided to let that bother me, but in the end, if you need a fast way to increase your protein intake that doesn’t gag you, Ripple will do that. Even if you just drink it from the bottle. But don’t and follow my recipe. You have to trust me on this. About the price: Yes. It’s pricey. But when you have special requirements, it pays to bite the bullet on cost if you can.

This was so nasty! I am a vegetarian and have always bought vegan protein powder, I wanted to try this as a drink. I love vanilla but this was so watered down and tasteless. It honestly tastes like the smell of dog food. I can’t believe I wasted $38 on a 12 pack for this undrinkable “protein shake”.

I purchase this for my son and he loves it! We live in a rural area and due to the Pandemic we have limited where we shop. This greatly impacted our ability to be able to go to the town where we originally purchase the refrigerated version of Ripple milk. I had bought another ripple product online that came in small cartons but had eventually began to struggle to be able to purchase them because they kept going out of stock. So far, I have been able to get this milk on time and have not had to wait for it to be in stock again. Do to the high protein in this, I only let my child have half of it daily and it’s usually in his cereal. Doing this has allowed us to have his milk on hand longer. My son has severe reflux issues and after trying versions types of dairy free alternatives, Ripple Milk (Pea Plant Based milk) is the only one he tolerates and does not struggle with. This brand is affordable more affordable when considering others and if you’re able to stretch out a bottle for two servings (two days) the case will last you longer than 12 days. I love that these bottles have screw on lids. This allows them to keep better. They only last one day after opening for us just because my son wants it the next day.

Really good, doesn’t give me breakouts like milk. Price increased so I switched products now though
