Small pills, easy to swallow, no stomach issues, expensive.
I ordered this Nutramax Laboratories Avmacol because I was looking for a Sulforaphane supplement. This actually states that it's a Sulforaphane producing product. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I take one a day with water. No bad taste. No stomach issues ever. I'm hoping that this will help cleanse my body and help with immune support. I don't feel any different, but I hope it's working on the inside. It also has other good ingredients that I like - moringa, vitamin C, broccoli seed & sprout. The bottle has 75 tablets. It's expensive. I wish it was a little cheaper. Other than that, I am happy with it.

Pretty good, but expensive.
Pretty good supplements. I believe they work well since my hs-CRP was very low. I take other supplements as well but I am sure this has contributed to the results as well. They are on the expensive side though, I don't think these are worth it without a discount or lower price.

Speeds up the loss of visceral fat
I am my own program to lose visceral fat. First step was: Eating homemade kefir, nuts, oats, berries, flaxseeds etc in the morning and nothing until dinner at around 6 pm. Step 2: drinking two cups of room Temperatur water with lemon and some Himalayan salt before walking on an empty stomach for about 1/2 hr every morning. Step 3: I added 1 Avmacol to my breakfast and lost 12 pounds in about 3 month. I think losing weight with Avmacol will speed up the loss of fat. No side effects, no bloating, no gas Have more energy, feel better and a lot less brain fog. I think Avmacol is a great product. It is worth the price!

Well thought out product
Avmacol seems to be a best of breed product. If you're considering the regular strength product I recommend buying this product and breaking the tablets in half instead.
