I love this mixer. It is sturdy, heavy and well manufactured. It makes light work of heavy dough. I've used it for bread, and cake mixes. I've made my own butter. It has endless attachments that can be purchased, I have a meat grinder/sausage maker and a pasta maker - cooking has never been so much fun!
