No. it isn't BPA free. I contacted McCormick their parent company by email and they said Thai Kitchen cans have BPA in their can liners.

Is the water from the own coconuts ?

Not sure if it’s coconut water (from the coconut itself). However, it’s very pure, semi-thick (rich consistency-not watery). Only coconut and water, no sweeteners or preservatives. You have to refrigerate once open, and finish within five days. Excellent quality (no weird metallic taste).

Is this supposed to be solid? I tried to put some in my coffee and it was like solid and no liquid

This is due to the high fat content of our premium coconut milk and the fact that we do not dilute our product. Changes in temperatures during storage (both in warehouse and in the pantry) can accelerate this hardening. Solidification of this product does not indicate that the product has spoiled. If the product is solid, you can warm up the coconut milk to get it back into liquid form and give it a good stir. ~ Erica
