Hogue HandAll Beavertail Rubber Grip Sleeve for Glock 17, 17L, 17MOS, 18, 19X, 22, 24, 31, 34, 34MOS, 35, 45 (Gen 1, 2 & 5)

So for the price this is an amazing item. I am 6'3" and have corresponding sized hands. My 9mm Glock 45 fits my hands well, but I still wanted a little more grip. This was the perfect solution. Grip feels much more solid and controlled. Installation is not easy at all. But if you work smarter you won't need to work harder. I used the boiling water and windex route. First, pour boiling water into a bowl and let the grip soak in it for 30+ seconds. While it is soaking spray the grip with Windex and don't be stingy, it should be dripping off. I installed it with the slide removed. Using tongs pull the grip out of the water, shake loose any residual moisture, and install as quickly as possible. I did not need to use the two plastic strips that they suggest, but it did take a few attempts to get the first part of the Hogue grip over the Glock grip. Once the first part is attached quickly slide it up using any means you can. The windex gets super slippery so I kept a towel nearby to dry off my hands during the process. I also re-dipped the Hogue into the hot water during the process. The trick is to be prepared and to move quickly but efficiently. Heat and windex are your friends in this. Be patient and deliberate and the install won't be easy, but will be possible.

Good gun grip looks nice and clean was a bit hard to put on at first but realized that you had to boil it and made it much easier but still rough, but good because once I had got it on I knew it wasn't coming off.

Bought 1 for my glock 19x and 1 for my glock 47. Took about 30 seconds to get them on didn’t warm them up in water as some suggested. I put them on dry and they went on fairly easy. Definitely improves grip they don’t move around like some i have bought in the past. Obviously it will thicken the grip to a small degree. Extremely comfortable.

Install was a bear, tried boil (made it to slippery), used heat gun (to hot to effectively touch), used spray WD40 once started onto base, worked and evaporates with in few days! Love the feel and fit on my hands!!

I’ll give it a solid 4 altogether! It is really hard to get it on, so I had to watch a few videos to figure out the easiest and best way to help it go because it was hard getting it to stretch around the handle- After attached the hand grip was perfect! It’s so natural feeling in your hand. It’s thick and easier to hold. It looks so good! The size is perfect!

As far as the product goes, I’m sure it works fine. Feels sturdy and nice quality. It seems to be a generally good consensus in the reviews. 1 Star because the product title in the store states it’s for the Glock 20/21 (along with a bunch of other models). However the product package itself doesn’t list the Glock 20/21 in either list of compatible models per Generation. I waited nearly 2-weeks just for it to not fit because they just listed all the Glock models they could think of to sell it.

fits perfect on a Gen5 just dip it in hot water, use a little windex on the frame and it will install perfectly
