The measurements for the height only shows 3.2" but not from the floor to top of seat. What is that measurement?

From the floor to the top is 50-58 inches. From the floor to bottom of seat is 15-23 inches depending the height adjustment you prefer.

Does the pillow on the headrest have a removable inside?
