Is the handle removable please and if so what is the overall length of bbq without it?

Yes you can (I had to remove mine to squeeze it in) and without it is circa 1,400mm

where can i get spare control knobs from, looked everywhere

I purchased a CosmoGrill 6+1 like this last year. The burners failed because they are made of such thin metal. When I asked for replacements (knowing they would all fail) I was told it would be at least 2 months to get them. I threw the bbq away and bought a far better quality bbq. Buy cheap you buy twice is so true.

Do you stock replacement drip trays?

Does this bbq show signs of rust after a while or is it guaranteed not to rust?

I am not sure of guarantees, but my bbq is now just under 1 year old. I have no signs of rust on the unit. Well worth buying a cover for the unit and keep it covered when not in use. Maintainance to unit has been minimal. Regards Andrew Ot
