I absolutely love these inserts and replace them roughly every 6 to 8 months. I work on my feet for 8 hours a day, which involves significant walking, squatting, pulling pallets, and climbing ladders. While my New Balance shoes are great, I noticed that over time, my knees, heels, arches, and sciatica would flare up. These inserts have been a true lifesaver. I use them in all my sneakers, and they've honestly relieved all the associated pain. My feet and legs no longer feel fatigued the way they used to. Before discovering these, I used to struggle to walk after waking up from an overnight shift nap due to severe pain from my feet to my lower back. These inserts solved that problem entirely. They are definitely worth the money, but keep an eye out—they go on sale once or twice a year for around $40. If they work for you, I recommend grabbing a couple of pairs. Quality : Great! Size: if you wear women's shoes you may have to trim a little. I wear men's new balance shoes size 8.5 wide width so they fit perfectly. Thickness: hard shell underneath and padding on top. Does it's job! May take a few days to get used to but you don't notice after a bit.

I’ve been struggling with painful, degenerative mid-foot arthritis (too many hours standing in concrete floors, teaching!). I had a pair of custom orthotics made, at the exorbitant fee of over $500.00, which Medicare will not cover. My brother, in his mid-70’s, used SuperFeet based upon the recommendation of his podiatrist. My brother openly shared that information and I made the decision to try them. I have found they are just as supportive as custom orthotics for fallen arches. I even have a spare pair in my slippers. Great purchase and they fit perfectly. I’m a 9.5, regular width. Happy Feet = Happy Woman!

I had some soreness when I first started wearing these inserts, but now I can tell when I have worn shoes without them. In a way, this is bad, because I can't wear sandals or anything other than my work shoes without having pain in my knees and feet. If you start wearing these, you might never go back to shoes without inserts. So, beware. The support for your heel is really where the stability comes from. The arch support is back farther than you would expect, but somehow it works. The very thin pink padding in the forefoot is the only difference between these and the blue inserts, I believe. I also own the yellow inserts for some spin/cycling shoes, and the arch is definitely higher in those, and I don't notice a huge difference in cooling from the few holes in the forefoot. I have sesamoiditis that flares up regularly in my left foot, and these inserts don't do much to help that, unfortunately. There's not much that can help that, though, so it's not the inserts' fault. I work in a hospital lab and am on my feet walking back and forth and all around on a hard floor about 80% of the time, and I walk a mile each way to and from work. I wear Brooks Ghost running shoes with these inserts and it definitely helps relieve some of the pain and aches in my back, knees and feet, but by no means does it take the pain away completely. I got the pink thermal version of these inserts to put in my cross country nordic/skate ski boots and they definitely help to keep my heel in place in those, also, while providing some nice insulation from the cold snow. Great inserts, but be prepared for the break-in period and replacement costs for multiple pairs of shoes if you like them. They will break down faster if you're constantly inserting them into different shoes.

When I removed the original insoles in my La Sportiva hiking boots (ortholite), I realized just how thin they’d become. The Super feet insoles fit easily into my B width size tens, without any trimming. The support was obvious on my first 6.5 mile trek and I appreciated the like-new cushioning. I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve only been on one trek. It will take more time to give the 5 star review.

These are insane. They don't look different from any other insole I've tried over the years, but I could tell an immediate difference. I've only been wearing them a few hours, but I'm ready to drop another $70 for a second pair. Holy cow! I've been dealing with foot and heel pain for years. I may update this as time goes on, but five stars for the immediate relief.

They really helped my feet like the commercials say only cheeper

These fit my shoes at 7.5US perfectly. And for me, they offer a stability and support that kind of cushions the already cushiony shoes. I was told that they will last you about 500 miles before you start to feel the degradation of the support. I'm not sure about that, but I do know that I can wear shoes every day with these insoles and go for about 9 months. I am very active but I do not jog.

I have bad feet. Like REALLY bad feet. I have no arches, severe over pronation, weak ankles from multiple sprains and a fracture and legs with slightly different lengths. All this has lead to chronic plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis, as well as the expected low back, knee and hip pain. At the suggestion (insistence, really) of my podiatrist, I decided to try out Superfeet. It took me a few days to decide which to get, and I’m so glad I went with Berry. One of my concerns was that Berry would be uncomfortably narrow, given they’re made for women. I don’t have wide feet, but due to no arch it looks and feels like I do. My shoes are a size 10, which is the upper limit of the regular size, and they fit perfectly in my stability sneakers without cutting. No extra room on the sides, and the gentle low arch hit right where it’s supposed to. One thing I really like about these insoles is I can barely feel them, but they help A LOT. It only took a day for my feet to get used to them, and even with a bit of initial discomfort having something new, I immediately felt improvement in my knees, hips and back. These have in no way ‘cured’ my fasciitis and tendinitis, but they have significantly decreased my pain and general discomfort. I don’t expect that to change, as the insoles are very high quality and obviously meant to last awhile and take a lot of abuse. I highly recommend Superfeet to anyone who needs a little or a LOT of support!

I cannot live without these. They last forever and bring comfort every shoe I put them in. That said, they won’t fit into heels but I don’t wear heels so no problem. They dig into heeled boots and such. Love walking in these and I have back problems from car accident. These have helped my mobility immensely. High quality product. Been loyal buyer of these over a decade!

Bonnes semelles, que j'ai mis à la place de celles d'origines de mes Brooks Glycerin (pour courir). De bonnes sensations, je me sens bien dedans et mes orteils ne me font plus mal. Je recommande !
