I have been taking these vegan collagen gummies for over a month and it is easy to use. Just remember to follow the directions. The texture is like a gummy but not too sweet or sticks. My skin has been looking radiant, I have gotten pain relief in my body that was previously inexplainable. I have noticed an effect on digestion but I probably need to give my body more time to get adjusted to it. The value you get for the money spent is worth it for the less pain and joint aches. I haven't noticed any effect on my hair so that I also believe may need more time but so far I am pleased.

I've been using these collagen boosting gummies for a few years now and they do seem to have improved the strength, growth and quality of my hair. My nails still split fairly easily, but that may be due to wearing nail polish more often, as they seem fine when I haven't painted them in a while. I've used a lot of MaryRuth's products and loved them. I don't remember how long I've used this specific product, but it's been a while and I've been happy with it. I used up one of my bottles of collagen gummies and found them hard and coated. I tried to take a piece off to taste it, but it tasted bad. I checked the expiration date, still good. I thought I'd just chalk that one up to a fluke and use the next bottle. The same thing. I had one more bottle, it was the same. They've all been unopened since I bought them and they all expire in close to a year. I initially thought it was just a bad lot, bit it came from 2 different lots. I don't know if this is a seller issue or a MaryRuth's issue, but I had to throw them all away as it's out of the return window. Don't waste your money.

I have ordered these 14 times and they were great. But in the last three bottles they are all stuck together in a big clump in the bottle, so you can't get them out. I have even tried separating them inside the bottle with a spoon and a butter knife. It took forever for me to get them out of the bottle, separate them and put them in a different container so I can actually get them when I meed them. If they are going to all be stuck together in a big solid clump, they need to be packaged differently, like in a pouch. I have tendonitis and arthritis in both hands, so it's especially challenging for me, but it was nearly impossible for even my husband to get them out too. Unfortunately, I have had to switch to a different brand, which is disappointing because I really like them and they work well... if you can get them out of the bottle.
