Best Shakes ever
So delicious and creamy even of use water. I do 50/50 with oat no sugar amazing taste and texture. Perfect for lunch on the go.

Excellent
This product gave me more energy. I guess is because I'm tired after a meal and the protein is light for the stomack in its liquid form, when you mix it with water or milk. I wouldn't worry that they haven't provided one spoon for one shake. I just measure it approximately 1 and a half. The taste is delicious. I don't have a shaker so just mix it with a fork. It keeps me full for up to 3 hours. Would highly recommend for slimming or just for protein intake.

Quite gritty but good flavour
Even with blending I find the powder quite gritty but good flavour, this one is my favourite flavour. I often add a handful of frozen fruit when blending

Delicious made with oat milk. Great flavour! Keeps me full until lunchtime with a banana. I can't wait to try the strawberry flavour next! Texture is fine, it mixes pretty much the same as most other shakes I've tried.

Good quality, mixes well, I buy vanilla then add a few drops of lemon extract if I want a change.

Avevo paura che fosse nauseante ed invece ha un gusto leggero di vaniglia. Serve un buon shaker per miscelarlo bene. Ottimo con bevande vegetali. Saziante.

Schmeckt super aber man muss wirklich lange schaken um es ohne kleine klümpchen zu trinken. Wer mit kleinen einzelnen klümpchen aber leben kann, hat das meal schnell zubereitet und es macht auch wirklich satt. Kleiner Tipp, ein Löffel Leinöl zu shake vervollständigt den Nährwert immens.
