It means you need new directions. Mine didn't say that and really it doesn't make any sense. There's a window. So no need for all that.

What size should I get if my child is 145 cm?

The smallest they have would even be to tall to the sight window. Best to go with one that isn't a completely enclosed dino.

Can you drive while wearing it?

I would say no way. You have basiically zero peripheral vision while wearing it. Plus your arm motion would be limited, so steering would be affected to.
