Hi there Use the cream every day for one week,you will feel and see the differance by then,use it every other day for the next week,then once a week thereafter.This treatment is fantastic,and unlike most others,it really does work .

Does it soak in quick

No. Once applied your feet will need to be uncovered for it to dry for a couple of hours. I use it at the end of the day so I can put my feet up and watch the tele while it works it’s magic.
