This has been a great supplement for us for quite some time now.

Pain free!
No more shoulder pain and tension. No more sciatica pain. Lemon balm I believe is known for relaxing nerves and killing various viruses, including shingles. I also do celery juice in the am so I can’t say it was completely the lemon balm, although I did notice my body aches and pains dramatically improved after taking this for 2-3 months. I’m 6 months in and I no longer go to neurologist for shots in my neck and shoulders for pain.

This did help me feel much calmer inside. Just be careful you don't use too much. I used the recommended amount. I gave me a stomachache so I had to cut it down.
