Can someone answer correctly? Which side goes on skin?

According to the listing here: https://amzn.to/3IEvs2k the flatter side does on the skin and the raised/puffier side does not. You can also put either the larger or narrower end towards the inner corner, depending on what you want to target. If you're using it for puffiness then the larger side goes toward the inner eye. If you're using it for crows-feet then the larger side goes to the outer eye. Hope this helps!

Do you still get results if you use at night instead of during the day?

It really doesn't matter what time of day you use them. They are nice in the morning because they get rid of that puffy, I just woke up look.

How long take to see effect

Maximum effect is achieved after leaving them on for 20 miniutes. Its not reccomended to go beyond that.

can you use this daily?

I have been using them daily for the week since I received them and my "allergy eyes" feel much better.
