Just used this for the first time on a trip to Europe. This suitcase holds a lot. I had my Boots, 3 winter outfits, socks, pj’s and all my toiletries, and makeup. If my large suitcase was lost I had everything I needed in this carry on to enjoy my trip. I went on several planes and had no problem fitting this case into the overhead compartments. I also placed a medium sized bag on top and the wheels on this suitcase glided smoothly and was super easy to maneuver. Also after 2 weeks of traveling the suitcase looks brand new. Wheels are intact and zippers in and out are all working.Love this carry on and will never use anything else. This Level8 carry on is an excellent product.

I purchased this suitcase in 2023, and I have been extremely happy with it, to the point that I wanted to circle back to provide this well-deserved review. This suitcase has been with me to China, Viet Nam, Korea, Mexico, Europe, South America, and at least a dozen US states, and it has performed FLAWLESSLY. Some things I appreciate (and recommend considering if you're looking for a carry-on):• Exterior Material: this suitcase has a polycarbonate shell, which is less brittle/more impact resistant than ABS, and it's a decent thickness, so it'll stand up to more abuse. Granted, PC is generally a little more expensive than ABS, but I think this is one of those "get what you pay for" scenarios where it's worth the extra.• WHEELS! I ordered 3 different brands of suitcase to compare when searching for this one, including a Samsonite, which I (incorrectly) assumed would own the show. Something you might not think about is wheel material... until you realize you sound like you're rushing a miniature pony through the terminal as the hard wheels hit every grout line in the tile. The wheel material on this Level8 is right balance of hardness so that it's not only relatively quiet, but it rolls like butter on smooth surfaces, which is so nice.What's worse than wheel noise is wheels that don't swivel well, which was the problem I ran into with the Samsonite (c'mon Samsonite- wheels should be a no-brainer for a company that's been in the business as long as you have. Do better). The Level8 carry-on spins smoothly and effortlessly. It's like walking a giant fidget spinner between gates.• Shape/Space: The Level8 is more "boxy" than others, while still fitting in overhead compartments. The fact that they didn't cut any corners (literally), means more cubic packing space inside to take advantage of. A nice little added bonus with this shape is that it also offers a nice level spot to rest your feet, laptop, backpack, etc., when waiting for your next departure.• Handles: When comparing carry-ons, I quickly realized some only come with a top handle, and NO SIDE HANDLE. You don't realize the convenience of a side handle until you look like a fumbling rock climber trying to grip and roll your luggage off the carousel or out of the back of a taxi. GET THE SIDE HANDLE.Regarding the top handle, I like the multiple locking points so you can shorten it a click to make it easier to lift it up into a shuttle bus or up a flight of steps. I also especially appreciate how far it extends, as I'm 6'6", and love the fact that I don't have to bend down to grab/pull it.• Zipper: The zipper on this bag is smooth, and to be honest, it's held up beyond what should probably be expected. I have packed this suitcase so full on some trips that I've literally had to sit on it to barely get it to close.... and then watch it for a minute to make sure it doesn't suddenly burst open. It's held strong and performed solidly.Again, I've been extremely satisfied with this carry-on, to the point that I bought another for my wife, followed by 4 more as gifts for our kids as they're getting older. Sufficed to say, this is an excellent carry-on, and I couldn't be more happy with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently purchased the LEVEL8 Carry on Luggage from Amazon, and I must say, I was initially impressed with its style and how effortlessly it glided on the floor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed a major flaw after just one use.The Good: The suitcase is undeniably stylish, and its smooth maneuverability made navigating through crowded airports a breeze. It also has ample space, allowing me to comfortably pack three sets of clothes and a few pairs of shoes for my trip.The Bad: Unfortunately, the issue arose when I arrived at my destination and opened the suitcase to find that the inside stitching had torn. I want to emphasize that I did not overpack the bag; it was filled with just three sets of clothes and a modest number of shoes. Given the limited use, I was surprised that it tore so easily.Possible Defect: I am not sure if I received a faulty product or if this is a common issue with this suitcase model. Nonetheless, I expected better durability, especially from a brand known for quality luggage.It is undoubtedly stylish and easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the tearing of the inside stitching during the first use has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality. If you decide to purchase this suitcase, I recommend checking the stitching carefully upon arrival and being cautious with the amount of weight you pack.I hope this review helps other potential buyers make an informed decision.Update: The company reached out and provided a replacement. I recently traveled out of town and it held up great! I can’t wait to purchase their larger suitcase for our upcoming family trip.Update 2: This thing is still amazing!

Have traveled in the airport several times now with this suitcase. Works great. Very easy to wheel and manipulate when traversing the airport. Great quality lining and zips. Easy open and close. No signs of wear and tear at this point. Just enough extra pockets without being complicated and easy to organize. Handles are sturdy and easy to access when getting suitcase into and out of overhead bins. Best suitcase I’ve traveled with. Love it!

First thoughts..Looks great out of the box, rolls around smoothly (no weight inside) and all hardware works great. Setting the lock was easy and the interior zippers feel good.Interior:Very simple interior - dividers for each side, one has pockets to keep smaller items organized. This is exactly what I wanted out of a small bag to gain the most space inside. No hooks to catch your clothes on either. Downside for the interior is the handle is designed inside thus reducing interior space.Exterior:Wheels look good, roll great and handle mechanism moves flawlessly. Unfortunate that the carry handles weren't flush to the outside shell, instead they are a finger width from the shell. Only concern/complaint initially is how lightweight the outside shell was. In the chances that your bag may have to be gate checked, I'd be concerned with airport handling. After gate checking a few times the handle hardware and wheels have survived gate check personnel. Only downside is the material scuffs up a little bit (but scuff is good right?! We are traveling often right!)Use:With the amount of stuff you can store, the bag won't really be too heavy ever. The handle extension has never given on me nor gotten stuck. **While rolling be careful! I had the bag roll away from me! There was a slight incline in the airport and I had to run for my bag! Glad it didn't run over a little kid. But the wheels are stainless ball bearings so this is a good problem to have! They will last longer than other brands. You will see how easy the bag rolls in the attached video.Airplane storage:This bag will not fit in smaller regional jets (embraer 145 jets) but will fit in the overhead of all other larger jets with ease. Actually with ample space. Dimensions are just a tad smaller than what is recommended for international bin storages so no worries when flying overseas.Overall and edit after a few monthly trips:This is a great looking bag and may suit you well for your light traveling. If you are looking for a bag that offers protection, this bag will scuff up a good amount if you do happen to check the bag.I have done trips to the Caribbean, weddings and for work. I was able to fit up to a week of Caribbean and work trips. This included tshirts and underwear for the week, two pairs of jeans and one pair of shoes (also sandals) . For formal events, I was able to pack for a weekend including two suits, two dress shoes and daily casual clothes.I will be traveling internationally soon and plan on using this same bag and supplement with a small duffel. If you know how to pack you will be happy with this bag.

I saw a review on YouTube before purchasing this. Brand new, just received. After removing from shipping box, all looked beautiful, stunning. I love the rubber bumpers to protect this when placing on side for storage or overhead bins. I bought the lime color which is subdued, not screaming "Look at this color!" Then I tried the self-roll test: ultra smooth, quiet. The TSA and personal locks are solid, ands I was able to change numbers on first try. Now for the inside.So dissapointed* Level 8 puts all this effort into designing, manufacturing and marketing a good quality luggage line yet the ZIPPERS GET STUCK. It's worse trying to zip both directions around the corners, especially the inside compartments. Feels like you have to tug zipper pulls harder than normal to get around sticky spots, like something is going to break. Everything else is great quality. I would like to try zipper lubricant but that will probably break any warranty. This is a real shame. We do not have very many stores locally to pick from and I have a trip coming up soon.* Update: Level 8 contacted me and was willing to replace this but it was too close to trip time to exchange it. So I rubbed a little bit of wax onto the zipper tracks at all the corners where they were getting stuck. It didn't help. What DID help was packing the compartments for the trip. The bulk of contents packed or "pushed" the zipper tracks outward, making the zippers slide easily around those corners. I'm REALLY glad I didn't give up or return this. It is very attractive, sturdy, including the handle, even with the backpack I had on top while rolling. The handle doesn't jiggle. The sleeve on the backpack fit snugly onto the carry-on handles but it didn't slide off or budge at all. The wheels are dreamy smooth and roll quietly through airports and hotels whether tile, vinyl or carpets. It rolled easily over transitions to escalators and elevators without catching it tipping. I love this carry on. Thank you Level 8!

I bought this suitcase in the light pink--the color is awesome, but I fear it might get dirty quickly. I love the minimalistic design. I purchased after watching a ton of youtube videos on carry luggage. This is the largest carry on I've owned. Normally I use a small 16" as it's easier for me to put into the overhead bin--I'm just over 5 feet tall so putting a heavy suitcase into the bins can be an issue for me. However, I'm happy to say this suitcase is sturdy and lightweight and I had no issues with that. I also wanted to be sure the wheels were good thats key for maneuvering around the airport or your destination and the wheels were awesome. It's only been on one trip but so far I'm very happy with it and would recommend!

Love this luggage! Holds a surprising amount of stuff and still meets international carry on dimension requirements. Rolls great on most surfaces. Struggled a bit on deep carpet and cobblestone streets in Europe, but that's true for most four wheel bags. Sturdy and holds up well.

Highly Recommended.Sturdy, Stylish, Plenty of Space, Excellent Wheels.I purchased the black option. I travel quite a bit and storage space is a major consideration. This case holds plenty. There are zipped separators on each side which are robust and whilst I never used these in previous cases I do with this case. They do a good job.The case itself is sturdy and even though I overpack there is no bulging or bending when I sit on it to close. The outside has not been marked or scratched from being in the hold of the plane.It looks good and stylish. Expensive and a cut above the rest.The wheels roll exceptionally and are silent. This adds to the style in the airport. However do be careful as it can roll away on you if you stop on an incline and are not paying attention.

I use to fly IBERIA. And 90% of my flight from, the hand carry is free to check in, i carry liquids that are more than 100ml. In a year i travel 4 to 6 times and a lot more during post covid and always Iberia because of free checkin. Until now been using it and still in good condition after all more than 50+ i checked in from airport.
