No , I have brought these pods many times there my regular buy and I can honestly say never had a single faulty pod!

I do believe so. It has soya in it and milk powder.

Is the cappuchino sweetened? I don’t take sugar and don’t want to buy something i won’t like.

Yes, a bit sweet. Better to lower the sugar level. I guess the surgar is coming from the milk. I usually put less milk to the cup.
