Looks a bit "chunky" when you prepare it, but super smooth when you eat (no lumps at all!) The taste is fabulous! Easy prepare with a whisk and doesnt separate when you refrigerate it. Of course, mine didnt last very long in the fridge so Im not sure how many days it can go. You will pretty much eat it all in one sitting. Stevia never tasted so good!

This is the second time I’ve bought this and I’m overall very happy with it. It’s flavor is pretty good, although the second time I added a pinch of salt. There’s a minimal aftertaste, but not enough to make me not like it. I definitely recommend using a hand mixer rather than a whisk. The texture is smooth and it thickens up nicely. I’ll definitely purchase again!

This is the best pudding. I’ve been Keto for awhile and I can say for a once in awhile treat this does not disappoint. I will be buying again and again. I saw a review saying something about malitol and that is not on the Ingredients I almost did not buy for that reason, but saw another comment listing the correct ingredients and decided to take a gamble. No bitter stevia aftertaste either.

People criticizing this product in comparison to horrid Jello products drenched in toxic maltodextrin that’s causing major and severe gastric distress and diarrhea - are ridiculous! If you think Erythritol is bad, eat your damn sugar and maltodextrin.
