Melora Manuka Honey is unpasteurised and as raw as possible, all manuka is heated to be commercially bottled. We gently warm to the hive's temperature and do not overheat like other commercial honey's. There is no legal definition of raw Manuka honey however, we would consider our manuka as natural as can be.
