How often can you use this?

Every day, recommended a couple times a week. I do the microdermabrasion every other week, but you can use more frequently. Just make sure you start on a low suction, and work your way up in suction. If you don’t, you get little hockey on your face.

Is this safe for thin, sensitive skin?

It is rather abrasive and made my skin uncomfortable. All you're doing is using a course, metal circle on your face. It feels like a metal nail file. It may work for you but as I said, you're dragging it across your face and that may be ok for sensitive skin since each person because you control how hard to press on it.

I need a replacement of the white plastic cap from the inside. How do I obtain one?

I think you have to look up their Spa Sciences customer support number to obtain the smaller parts if they dont have them on Amazon. Did you search "Spa Sciences accesories/parts" on Amazon ?

What do you use on face after doing a treatment with my Mio?

It depends on the type of skin you have, I massage a face oil afterward.
