Straight, simple, delicious, period. I’m so tired of all the extra ingredients in everything! These are excellent to snack on or build a Trailmix with. Nature doesn’t need so much help. They’re not tart; slightly sweet. As soon as I opened them, I knew I’d be addicted. Giving my mother some because they’re simple and she asked to try some. I was anxious about the sugar, but they’re not ultra sweet like so many dried fruits can be. I can see this as a future subscription item. I only need to know how long a bag lasts. My only concern is with the resealable packaging. It worked, but I’m skeptical it’ll last all the way. That said, they’re a great find!

Excellent product! Soft, medium sized slices of crystalized ginger. Not overwhelming or burning in your mouth and can be eaten alone, used in recipes or is great when placed in a cup of hot tea! We will definitely buy Gerbs again because it is priced well for the amount of ginger that you do receive. Kudos.

The product tastes really good but the cubes are really small.

I bought all these in the last several days to test them side by side. * Fuel by Nature- a little spicy, texture just ok. Sometimes a bit woody or stringy. Meh. * Candy Shop - thick slices, fantastic texture, but not spicy at all. Great if you want sweet candy. * Nuts US : chunks, good, but kinda TOO HOT. 🥵 * Herbaila - thick slices, perfect texture, not spicy at all. Just like Candy Shop brand. * NOW Real Food - 3/8” sugar cube in size and texture. Yuck. Might be perfect for baking though. 🤔 * Gerbs- PERFECT blend of hot and sweet. I’M ORDERING MORE! 😇👍

Expected real dried mango slices, but the product was more like mango purée pressed into shapes. Texture was gummy and not what I was looking for. Flavor was okay, but the overall experience didn’t match the description. Would not purchase again.

Perfect balance of ginger zing and sweetness. Tastes great too!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but SUGAR IS AN ADDITIVE! It clearly says no additives, but is loaded with so much sugar it's inedible. These are nothing more than mango flavored candy.

Most Excellent Quality. Totally worth the price. I was a Chef in an upscale Catering business for 30 years and we have seen so many poor quality dried fruits being sold. Everything I have purchased from Gerbs is top quality!!

They're good, but a bit overly sweet, I though they tasted like over-sweetened raisins to be honest, which makes sense when you consider these berries are soaked in cane sugar. If they were cheaper I'd get more, but at this price point I'm going to be buying raisins and skip the extra sugar.
